I got work done at World Auto Body because it was guaranteed by Farmers and the reviews all looked great. Which is exactly why I wanted to write my own experience to share. The work done on the body was great, however I had to ask about a cracked moulding (that they forgot to mention and oh, yeah, it's on order) The interior of my car was all coated with a thick coat of fine white dust, the tint on the door they worked on was scratched and gouged; when I got home I had to remove the door panel myself since it was not properly replaced and was all sticking up by the window and found two broken clips inside the door and under my seat. They broke a part on the exterior of the door panel and forgot to replace or mention it to me until I brought it to their attention. Riley in the front is very nice, but that doesn't make it okay that he seems out of touch with what his guys are doing - or not doing in the back. Pretty much all of the things that I have to complain about could have been avoided or fixed if there was a little more communication between the front office and the workshop. As an example, the broken part in the door that I had to ask them to replace, the guy in the front later asks me "are you sure that part was there before?", and later the guy in the back says "oh, that broke off and is in the door" gee, thanks for the heads up.

I had some work done on a brand new car, to fix paint blems that came from the factory. Needless to say, with a brand new car I was rather picky, but no worries - Reily Wilder and his crew took care of everything from the get-go, and you can't tell any work has been done at all. On top of the quality work, Reily really understands the lost art of Customer Service. I couldn't have been treated any better than I was - and believe me, you don't understand what truly good customer service is anymore until someone reminds you. Prior to becoming a customer, I had heard great things about these guys. I'm very happy to report that they lived up to their reputation!
