One of my favorite restaurants. Such great food. Love the Chicken Marsala and the Chocolate Budino! Staff is so friendly and polite. Highly Highly recommended.

The calamari steak is very good-it has mussels over the steak. Our server was one of the best. Very attentive. We had a party of six, and he automatically included the tip in our bill, so be careful because they did not inform us of this.

I have eaten at Yannis many times. The food is always great, the menu is Mediterrian, not just Greek. I like the service and that the chef/owner is always there. Unusual in the days of chain restaurants, I just wish they served lunch.

This is not your traditional Greek restaurant. I felt like Daphne's was more traditional. This is a Greek-Italian fusion. The food is pretty good and the setting of the restaurant is very nice. This is located in a suburb area so there usually aren't a lot of people there so there usually isn't ever a wait. Its a bit pricy for what you get but overall its pretty good.

It's a great restaurants for several reasons. The owner is there to greet you and make sure everything is fine. Many return customers. Great Greek and/or Italian food-and a true family atmosphere. If you can fight the traffic on Scripps-Poway Parkway to get there, it's worth the effort. Prepare to spend some time at Yanni's. It's not fast food.
