When I first joined the gym i thought I was going to have a good customer service experience. I was wrong... First of all, when I walked in to swipe my card I would always say hi to whoever is sitting behind the desk. But no matter who it was they would always ignore me even though i would say hi again. When i signed up for personal training the trainer only cared about talking to the female workers there. I felt very out of place. When I would ask a worker a question they would scuff and act like I was being unreasonable or something. Gym wise it is good. The fee is pretty high though. if you want to park you better do it during the day, not at lunch, because the parking is small and it usually fills up pretty fast. when that happens you'll need to find a meter and have some spare change. I wouldn't recommend THIS location to anyone. I've been to other ymca's and had good experiences.
