After confronting the facility for being the reason my dogs have a HUGE amount of flea marks and bites across their entire bodies, they wanted to "claim" it wasn't them. My dogs were flea free and bite mark free when I dropped them off last Thursday. This past Monday, they had fur missing and have been scratching like crazy! The area they had them in was just big enough to fit them comfortably. The lady named Danielle is the rudest, I believe she is the owner. She's just plain disrespectful. I wrote a review two days ago about how my dogs looked and they wanted to claim this all happened because I put them in a stressful situation. I didn't know you could get fleas from stress. Also, that between 3PM and 7PM, this happened in my own backyard. If that was the case, they would have come to the facility already with rashes. That's the dumbest thing I ever heard. I've boarded my dogs before for the same amount of time and this has NEVER happened. I refuse to take down my review because I have a right to state what was wrongfully done to my dogs. It's easy to clean a facility after the fact they read my review. I highly, don't recommend this place.

I wish I could rate this with negative stars!! I took her in to get a bath and a cut and they told me she was matted. First of all, she was NOT matted, her hair was tangled. Secondly, they charged me an extra $20 for a "matting fee". And thirdly, their website- total misrepresentation of their place. It's a house, not a business location. If you're planning on shaving her anyway, then how tangled her hair is shouldn't matter... Not to mention one of the women was changing her toddler on the desk as customers were standing in there. They even showed me on another dog what they said they would do (in terms of how close they would cut her). THEY SHAVED HER TO THE SKIN, cut all the hair off of her head- even her whiskers- and didn't clean her ears properly. Anytime I've taken her to be groomed, when they say they will clean her ears, they remove the hairs. Yuckie Puppy did not. If you know me, you know what my dog looks like. This does NOT look like my Zelda Louise. When they brought her out, the first thing my mom said was "That's not Zelda"!!! I am so mad I feel sick. They will absolutely not getting my business again. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but from now on, when it comes to finding a groomer, if I feel the slightest bit of unease, I'm leaving. This was a hundred times worse than PetSmart and I freaking hate them... At least when PetSmart "shaves" her, they leave some fur on her body!!!

I took my dog there to be groomed less than a week ago. She was really smelly because of the rain that we just experienced. I was going to just bathe her myself by she needed to be trimmed so I just decided to take her to Yuppie Puppy so that they could do both. When I picked up up the place smelled horrible, I had to hold my breath. Once my dog was brough out to me, she was shaking really fast and she was very dehydrated. Once she was in the car she shook her body and hair started flying everywhere. I don't think they brushed her after her trim.Once we got home and I picked her up to carry her in the housee, I realized that she was still smelly. Later that daym she began licking herself clean. :-( I am so disappinted, I could have just saved my $30 and just bathed and trimmed her myself. Yuppie Puppy is a good place to get your dog trimmed, but that is ALL. They didn't even trim her nails down. I truly believe that Yuppie Puppy has just lost a customer. I like its location because it is close to my home. The lady ia nice, but I don't think I'll be taking my puppy back there. I wish I had read the reviews ahead of time.

I took my dog there to be groomed and specifically asked for a certain cut. When I arrived to pick her up I almost wanted to cry. I couldn't even complain because I was in such utter shock. My dog looked as though she had been scalped. She still smelled bad and her nails hadn't been cut properly. The place smells really bad and the kennels are old rusty cages. I want go there again.

I recently boarded my dog here because the price was good and it was close by. I will never go there again. He ended up in a small cage, although we were promised a much bigger one. He could not even stand up. When we went to pick him up, the smell was so bad it nearly took your breath away and that was with the door to the boarding area closed. When we got our dog home, my son attempted to walk him around the yard and my dog pulled my son inside (my dog loves the outside) and begged for water. My dog proceeded to drink two full bowls of water because he was so dehydrated. I had requested that my dog's nails be trimmed, this was not done. I don't even know if I would take a dog to be clipped there. I was so disappointed.

Wonderful haircut, but my dog still smelled like a wet dog when I went to pick her up. Her skirt (cocker clip)was still wet. She needed a bath after coming from the groomer??? I recently moved here and my groomer back home did a much better job and the price was better. If your dog only needs a haircut this place is great.
