I would not trust the previous derogatory comments. These guys are SUPER nice, SUPER honest, and just plain old SUPER. They are pricey but I know that what they say is what is when it comes to my Volvo. They are good at what they do and they are honest. Honest mechanics. How often do you come across those?

I don't believe the bad reviews. I took my 2006 Volvo S80 for service , my wife had overheated the car and everything was repaired as promised. No up-selling like the dealers do. Louis was very helpful explained to me all the repairs needed to be done. The price was great vs all the other shops I went to. I highly recommend these guys to everyone. I know I will return again for service. Thank you Zen Volvo you brought my wife's car back to life.

Don't be fooled by the name, a more fitting name for this place is "Sin Volvo", IMO. Even tho this is the closest volvo service station to where I live,I will drive further to avoid this place after my experience here. From what I experienced, it seems their main focus is not on providing honest service but instead the focus is on hustling their customers. I can't see how this is possibly good for business but apparently they're betting that it is. If you must go here, be aware of what is wrong with your car and what it actually costs to fix it. if not.. you're likely to get ripped off.

I wish I never had taken my car here. Louis is the type of mechanic that will "tighten one bolt then loosen a few more" so you have to come back for more very costly repairs. He does work without getting customers authorization and NEVER calls with an update or even to tell you your car is done. ZERO customer service! I've spent over 6K here and because of their shoddy work and not replacing obvious worn hoses and belts my engine has seized and he just say's "sorry, good luck". BEWARE OF ZEN VOLVO!!!
