It's a shame when a decent, caring doctor is saddled w/ such an AWFUL office/staff. It's almost impossible to get an appointment in a reasonable time, and in the interim, if you try to engage her support staff, you never get callbacks or answers to questions in a timely manner. Most recently, I submitted a request for a prescription refill at 4am via their online portal. One would think the staff would see it first thing in the morning when they opened. As of 2pm they still hadn't contacted me. So I called and left a message. Nothing. At 3:30pm I stopped by the office for follow-up and was told the doctor had just left for the day. 2 days later, and I STILL haven't received my prescription refill. This was the final straw, and I'll be looking for another primary healthcare provider. My advice: find another doctor's office.
