bodyFi clients include men and women of all ages, shapes, and athletic abilities. Your personalized training program is created with your current fitness level and objectives in mind. It can be simple body weight exercises with a focus on core strength training, advanced exercises such as explosive, plyometric, multi-joint, and multi-muscle exercises and anything in between.
