They don't answer their phones (I was given the excuse that they don't have the manpower). I live 4 hours away and asked for a viewing and was appalled to be told that I had to visit during open house times for the properties and that I had to be "pre-qualified" before Mr Mark Byers Jr. would waste the time to conduct a showing outside of open house times. You really need to learn how to treat customers. They're the ones with the cash. Worst. Service. Ever.
