Do not use Tom for your dog training if you want to be cheated out of your money. He is unprofessional and will not listen to you. He is very stuck in his training methods that will not likely work. After multiple sessions with him our dog did not improve and he was quick to make excuses why that was the case. Do not believe the other reviews, he posts the reviews himself about himself, pretty shady. Read my other reviews on different sites for more detail.

The Client has a very fear full dog and a dog that has bitten people before..As was instructed to Client was both what was expected for him to do and the training that was involved. On each follow up session when asked how often the dog was worked unfortunately the dog was not worked as agreed upon as discussed in the begging or instructed the week before...The Client refused to take any notes and unfortunately didn't see much improvement on week after week on his work(however did see some improvement of the dog!!)..(we cover so much information that we ask to write things down for their is just so much information we cover) The Client had asked "when will you deal with the items address I went back on the issues" I went back and reviewed all the things that what he wanted..as expressed to him before! The Client wanted to to push the dog into things the dog wasn't ready for. He then got upset!...So Unfortunately The Client on not doing what we asked and the follow up wasn't done it was not in the best interest to push the dog into something the dog was not ready for!! Having a fear full dog and a dog that is aggressive and has bitten people before we take very serious. Using Positive reinforcement and working with the dog and having the client doing their part will show improvement. some of the things the client state are not true..we did see some improvement with the dog and along with this the dog swimming..His wife seemed to do a better job, she took notes and when she worked the dog she seemed to had grasped most of the commands and she seemed to get most of things !! It was true that I was late once and I called the client to ask them if they wanted to rescheduled they said no and when I was within 2 minutes of their house they said they didn't want to meet that night!(!Equally apologized for I missed the exit during rush hour) I would encourage for the client on whom ever he hires to follow what they ask and to take notes...When dealing with a dog that is aggressive and fear full is equally encourage to seek out a qualified trainer that will take their time and not "push" or force the dog into 1-2 sessions and for the client do what is asked of him for the sake of the dog!!...Thank you!!
