I visited Dr. Goolsby because I was experiencing extreme headaches. He was very professional and helped my headaches 100%. I do not have one bad comment about Dr. Goolsby and his staff. He explained it would take several visits to correct my headaches but it exactly did not take as many as he said, which I was happy with. I now visits him once a month on a regular bases to keep my headaches under control. I am very thankful for having Dr. Goolsby in my community and would recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Goolsby was 100% unprofessional, start to finish. He lied about being able to fix the issue as he said he could in once visit (at the end of our appointment, he even had to ask me again what it was I came in for, even though he said he "fixed" it (!!). He couldn't even explain to me what he supposedly did or how it was supposed to work. He refused to file the insurance that he said he took and told me I had to file it myself, then couldn't provide me with a recepit to give to the insurance company. He became borderline irate on the phone when I canceled my next appointment (with 24 hours notice) and said I was going to a regular doctor for my issue. He did not have a nurse/witness in the room and pulled up my shirt without asking/telling me first (first time at a chiro. I had no idea I had to take off my shirt. It's a minor issue, but people get sued for that kind of stuff). The next day, my issue was 200% worse, plus my neck (which was totally unrelated to the initial issue) hurt so bad that it was painful to turn. In short, unprofessional, seemed confused about his own profession, and had horrible customer service. I would not recommend him AT ALL, especially with such a sensitive area as your neck, back, and spine.
