No one wants or expects an emergency, but they happen. We have had repeated HVAC issues. I can't blame WF for that, but I can blame them for their response. I contacted Riley Holt a month ago because it seemed like the furnace was starting to go out. The furnace would blow out cool air for a while (30 minutes at times) before it started blowing out warm air. His response was to tell us to make sure the pilot light was lit. That was it. No one came to look at the unit, nothing. Even after having over a year of trouble with the unit and severe issues over the summer. Well here we are in December, a month after I let him know that it was starting to act up again and it is out. Blowing cold air. We've had maintenance guys come to fix it, but we've been the fixes only last a couple of hours, then it's cold air again. We are on day 10 of a non working furnace. There is no emergency or after hours maintenance number. Emails, online maintenance tickets and online messages don't get checked outside of regular business hours. So I guess my husband and I, and our 3 kids get to stay in a cold house over the weekend...again. There is no sense of urgency on behalf of issues for the tenant. WF are agents for the owner and do their best to not spend a dime to fix or maintain the property. I would not recommend anyone be a tenant in a home managed by White Fence Property Management.

Everyone should know what great customer service they will be provided if they choose to do business with myHomeSpot. They have excellent employees who are willing to go the extra mile to please their clients. Their hard work is much appreciated.

No complaints about this company! They have great employees that are always nice and helpful. They are quick to respond to emails, texts, and phone calls. Everything went very smoothly from applying to moving in. My home is beautiful and in a great location. Very happy that I found MyHomeSpot!!

Myhomespot.com has made renting very easy. Being able to go to their website to report issues or looking for any documents or communications is so simple. I would recommend to anyone to use this company whether you are trying to rent out your property or looking to rent.

Choosing myHomeSpot to manage the rental of my condo was the BEST decision I have made in the 10 years I've owned the property. Found via internet browsing: I had never rented a home froma management company prior to my experience with Myhomespot. Over the past 3 years, I have enjoyed my experiences and encounters with the staff. It is always a pleasure to go into the office to talk too and see everyone's smiling faces. The service I have received from Myhomespot has been far beyond my expectations.

I am a property owner in Atlanta and I have been using Myhomespot for over a year now. I have to say it's like I found a slice of heaven! They have relieved me of so much stress and their customer service is beyond excellent! Anything day or night, weekends or holidays...if my tenants or I have a problem they are no further than a phone call or email away. I have three properties with them and my manager Jennifer is like my little angel. She is not only exceptional in her skills at managing my properties but is one of the coolest people just to have a conversation with. Priscilla is another manager and along with Larina, I have to say I feel like part of the Myhomespot family. They are all exceptional and if you are in need of an ultra professional group of managers for your property or for that matter renting from their company, I would say you cannot find a better company nor a better group of individuals to work with. If I could give them 10 stars it would not be enough! Thanks for always being there for me.

My husband and I made the decision to use myHomeSpot to manage our properties on the referral of a friend. We are a military family and we do not always have the opportunity, desire, tools or time to respond to the needs of tenants in a timely manner. MyHomeSpot and specifically our Account Manager Priscilla has done a good job protecting our interest as homeowners, responding promptly to tenants regarding any repair request, helping us save money on repairs and making suggestions that have helped us navigate and negotiate successful lease renewals. While I am not fond of the website's message board which never seems to work well, I am thrilled that whenever I have reached out to Priscilla, Ramon or Larina, I ALWAYS receive a quick response. These people are a joke. They don't return calls to potential tenants or the landlord. They don't show up for home inspections. The owner,Ramon, couldn't care less about customer complaints. Take it from me...don't waste your time with My Home Spot. Sometimes it's better to pay a bit more money for better service.

I hired myhomespot to manage my condo. Its been a great experience. They found a great tenant for my property. Keep me updated and informed of any changes, issues with my property, and work with me to quickly resolve them. They return phone calls and emails quickly. Overall a great experience and worth the money.

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. No one ever gets back to you and if they do you can't trust a word they say. I have been dealing with them since 3/2010 and it has been a nightmare. DO NOT use them if you are needing a management company to rent your home. My experience has been a nightmare. I hired them so I wouldn't have to deal with all the aggervation with renting my home, but they are the ones who give you the aggervation.

Myhomespot was awful to us. I know at least my girlfriend and I feel generally taken advantage of. The lease upon reading it seemed sort of predatory, for lack of a better word, and when asked about certain aspects of it as they came up, and even though we were sitting right in front of him, rather than looking through the lease to see what addendum applied so we could work it out, we were given wrong information by the manager because they have "so many different leases" The entire staff seemed sort of incompetent honestly. Even a contractor they used made it clear he didn't like the people there. All in all it was a very bad experience and not only will I NEVER use that company again.. based on this experience I will probably never rent from another "Property Management" service again either.

I shopped around a few different property managers before deciding on using myhomespot. Their prices were not the lowest but were definitely one of the most competitive. Not only that but the level of service they provide more than makes up for any additional cost. I definitely recommend them.
