Arborguard did great job for us. They removed 12 Leland Cyprus trees out of our yard that were planted too close to each other and were diseased. They were starting to lean closer to our house. Every arborist we met with recommended removing the trees. We met with 5 or 6 companies, but opted for Jeremy at Arborguard based on recommendations from others and their competitive price. Project took two full days and was delayed due to serious storm the night of the first day of work. We stayed in touch, they sent same crew out to finish. It was a tough job because they had limited area to work in and it's not possible to scale some of these tall/skinny trees. Crew was friendly and when they were done they cleaned up every single piece of debris. Yard was spotless. They went out of their way to protect sod and our fence while they were working. Could not ask for a better job on this project. I would highly recommend Arborguard.

Arborguard failed to explain minimum charges with respect to their annual service plan. They also failed to provide any updates on the health of our trees during the term of annual servive plan.

I had many dead and dying pines threatening to drop their limbs on my home. I researched several companies and found some cheaper (some TOO cheap to be real) and decided to go with an established pro. Arborguard came and inspected the trees, advised me what I did NOT need to remove, and quickly and efficiently did the job in one day. One error: They dropped a large piece of trunk on my concrete support for the toolshed; not to worry, they sent out a team to repair at no additional cost and to my satisfaction. They do cost more than the guys who drop leaflets and cards in your mailbox, but when it comes to getting the work done safely and professionally, I'm prepared to pay a bit more. Highly recommended.

We had a diseased leyland cypress and called a few firms recommended on kudzu. Arborguard & another firm both arranged to have an arborist come out to advise us. Both advised us on the problem and recommended removing the tree and gave an estimate. Arborguard's estimate was much lower so we selected them. I was a little nervous because of the difference in cost, but their crew arrived on time, called a day ahead of time, cleaned up all debris, and we received a follow-up call to make sure we were satisfied. I was impressed by their no-surpise and professional service. I would highly recommend.

We used Arborguard to remove 2 trees. The quote was perfect. Another company quoted us twice as much for the same service. We use Arborguard for tree care as well and have been pleased with their service.

Their complimentary arborist consultation was first-rate! (Far, far superior to one I paid $80 for.) The arborist showed up on-time, answered all my questions, and I never felt rushed. He provided estimates for some of their professional services but there was never a high-pressure sales pitch. He also gave me some DIY tips for treating fungus on my dogwood. Super.

I recently hired to have some fallen trees removed. While I was waiting for the work to be done, another tree fell in a neighbors yard dangerously close to her house. I called the arborist and he never showed up to check it out and never called me. I left several messages and no one called me back. They made it right by giving me a discount on my entire job but it was very frustrating not getting anyone to return my calls. When the work was done, the crew did a wonderful job and the clean up was fabulous! However, the arborist who initially came out did not find a tree that was in danger of falling and it did fall. They have given me a different arborist who seems a little more conscientious.

Exceptional service! Removed pine beetle killed trees in the middle of a camilia garden and did not break a limb on a camilia. Cleaned up every scrap of tree and I think they even vacuumed up the chain saw chips. On top if it all they were the least expensive of the three quotes that we got. Does not get much better than this.

I had previouswly given Arborguard an unfavorable review. I wish to retract that review, based upon a phone follow up and timely action from Arborguard V.P. of Operations, Dennis Tourangeau. He assembled a team and personally took charge of the operation, turning what had the perception of a negative experience into a very positive one. I appreciate his professionalism, and that of his staff. I would highly recommend them for your arbor needs. As their name says, they are the "Tree Specialists."

Due to an unusual communication problem on our end, this was a misstep on our part. We are currently performing the work for this customer and hope that our work will change this persons experience of Arborguard.
Arborguard has a very knowledgeable and professional staff from the initial office call to the completion of the tree removal. The crew arrived on time and explained to me exactly what they were going to do. I left the house in the morning and arrived home with the tree gone and the yard looking better than it did when I left. They blew all debris off the yard and even weeded the bed that surrounded the tree. Neighbors of ours who had trees recently taken down commented on how smoothly the whole process was for us. I highly recommend Arborguard and will be using them in the future.

Even though I did not end up using their services, I was impressed by their thorough assessment of the trees on my property, and their pricing as well.
