Don't waste your time. Very unprofessional. Bad customer service. Bad experience. I got estimate from All Four Seasons Garage Doors but upon arrival they changed their own estimate and asking for more. I asked him to do the job for the price we agreed upon but he was asking twice the amount. Very rude.

All Four Seasons has serviced our garage door since the house was built, & we just kept using them knowing that we would need to replace the aging wood door. Updating this review to encompass the entire new installation. It started badly, I won't lie. The initial selling was poor - we were told we couldn't get a door that we modeled on the site and ended up with our second choice. We had to wait and there were missteps along the way. The installer, Johnny, however, was great - he did a phenomenal job getting the door up quickly, cleaning up (including wiping the door down), and explaining the maintenance needed to keep the door in tip-top condition. The door has been painted and looks fantastic - we get compliments every day. Johnny's service took this from a 2 to a 4.
Initial service call for a broken spring + complete garage door replacement.

Had a wonderful experience with All Four Seasons Garage Doors. They could have taken advantage of my elderly mother and they did not. I highly recommend them. Jim N.

This is the third time i have used 4 Season Garage Door. The first 2 was great, no up selling. Phone them to have the drive Belt replaced. When the rep arrived he also spotted the spring broken. Price for spring replacement was Fair, the belt no so much. After replacing spring it was pointed out that the rollers are noisy and probably seized and need replacing. Was told the door could even fall on car, I do not argue with the expert so i said yes , I thought he said $5 per roller, the price was actually $25 per Nylon roller 10 rollers over $250 . He fitted them and gave me the bill, which is when I saw the total was over $500, twice what i was expecting. By this time they were fitted so i could not argue. For curiosity i checked on line after , I cannot find any for over $2 . I did see One Special type for Car Wash Garage Door Rollers for $14. but most are between 80c and $2. ITS a LONG WAY from $2 to $25. Will be using a different company in future, and most defiantly NOT RECOMMENDING this company. Very disappointed that they would take advance of a 63 years man....

For the complete story, see Angie's List. I contacted All 4 Seasons after a spring broke on our 30 year old garage door. I opted to just have both doors replaced and signed the form and provided a check for a $200 deposit. My wife did not like the choices All 4 Seasons provided and asked me to have someone else come out. The owner of "company B" gave us a similar quote and offered to fix the spring while we waited for the door install so that I did not have to keep manually raising and lowering the door for several weeks - an option which All 4 Seasons did not offer until after we cancelled. So, we decided to go with "company B" especially since we are now dealing directly with the owner and he seems to be more flexible in what he can do to meet our immediate needs. I cancelled the original contract with All 4 Season and asked for my $200 back and was continually and persistently reminded that I had signed the contract which clearly states the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. I'm not saying they are in the wrong. They are fully within their rights to keep my $200 because I did sign the contract and make the deposit. What I am saying is, apparently, they are not willing to take individual circumstances into account and are quick to stand by the letter of their contract. A little compassion and understanding would have been nice. You won, All 4 Seasons; enjoy my $200!

We had these guys over to fix our garage door which suddenly refused to lift. We were given an estimate and they were out the next day to fix it. The estimate was exactly right and they were in and out within 30 minutes. Great service!

Wray was running ahead of schedule and called to see if I might be able to have him come early. When Wray showed up, he diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly and professionally. He took the time to explain the nuances of proper garage door maintenance and upkeep. He promised me a price up front and even gave me a military discount. Overall a splendid experience. Thanks!

Good: A very professional and efficient technician Bad: The door started making some noise as it goes over the curved portion of the rail which got worse over the time in the next 10 days. It almost sounded like panels popping/snapping in and out as they went over the curve. Called in and they sent the same technician who installed it and who told me that it supposed to be like this. Feels like I paid too much for the kind of door I got.

I saw this company had apparently serviced the garage door opener I have at some point, so when I started having some issues with it, I decided to call them. BIG MISTAKE!! In a nut shell; Charged fees without prior notice. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me!! Save your money and deal with a reputable company!!!

Sunday morning 8am - on the way out the door and as I push the button to lift my garage door which was installed by Sears (I'm finding a "deal" isn't always a good "deal") 2.5 months ago it just comes off the track??? The double door is hanging over my new car! I tried to hunt down the installer to no avail (he told the after hours operator - "I don't work on Sundays and hung up on her!?!) I called Norma Jean at All Four Seasons and she sent out Ryan, my new hero!! He fixed the problem in about 10 mins and tightened up a few other spots. And all for a VERY FAIR price!! All Four Seasons Garage Doors, and Norma Jean and Ryan in particular, clearly understand what customer service should be and were nothing but happy to provide it (even on a freezing Sunday morning when I'm sure they would rather have been cozy and warm in their homes!!)

Today was the second time I've used All Four Seasons. The spring snapped last night on the garage door and couldn't be opened. Our primary exit and entrance to the house is through the garage. I called them at 5pm yesterday and got an appointment next day. Even called me back later in the evening and said they could get someone out sooner. Very professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced for the quality of service they provide which is top notch. I used another company 2 years ago and they overcharged, rushed the job and tried to upsell me on things I didn't need. It's a breath of fresh air to deal with a reputable and honest company. Keep up the good work All Four Seasons! I wouldn't hesitate to refer your company to anyone.

A great experience from start to finish. Tech was on time, analyzed problem and actually provided a cheaper part using a rebuilt part saving me $100. Service was completed in 30 minutes and done with total satisfaction on my part. Technician (Bryan) was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have a new garage door company!!
