If you need a cleaning service which is thorough and respectful of your home, then hire Skeets Housecleaning Service. They make a large effort to maximize communication over the phone and in person. They have been to our home three times and I have been very happy with their performance and work ethic. My husband and I look forward to working with them long term for many years to come.

Service was completely unacceptable. Housekeeper did half of job due to time constraints. Owner/manager promised a "re-do" for free, but is now ignoring emails and has been unable to re-schedule an appointment for multiple weeks. (but they are able to set up a new client immediately) Management has multiple excuses for shortcomings until now where they are just completely ignoring their previous committment of a free service.(I would have said that they fixed a problem had they been responsive and actually did what they promised) Follow Up to reply: Correct size of home was given upon first conversation, but somewhere it got miscommunicated (why would I lie about the size??). I emailed the company the very day after the incident happened and that is when I was provided a coupon for a free cleaning w/ a 3 month expiration (emails to prove this). The housekeeper did work hard and deserved her $20 tip, problem is that she couldn't finish that evening . The biggest problem came from management AFTER the initial cleaning. I received the free cleaning coupon one day after the incident happened and rescheduled my appointment for a few days later. The housekeeper arrived two hours late and then left without cleaning b/c his partner didn't show up. I have been trying ever since to reschedule, with multiple emails to "manager" being ignored. It's very unfortunate that you speak falsely about your customers the way you do..but it goes to show about your professionalis

I know there are many cleaning services out there and they all claim to that they can do the best job. When it comes to doing what is asked and delivering the expected results, no company has demonstrated such quality service as Skeets Houskeeping. I recommend your service to anyone seeking to have their homes or offices cleaned to perfection.

I have not had house cleaning like this since I lived at home. "I thought my mother had came over".They are very proffesional and their attitudes are great. I do quite a bit of entertaning at home and Skeets will do the job before and after.I highly recommend them!!
