I had a couch recovered and a chair. They kept both pieces longer than they said, they wouldn't return my calls and then told me that my couch would cost an additional $300 to put in down even though they gave me a quote with down included. The couch cushion they told me would be one solid piece of down cushioning, it is not. They did not do the rolled edge and the seam on the cushion has already come undone. They were completely unprofessional. After they gave me the couch and chair back I called to have them fix the other things and discuss that we could tell they did not give us the one piece down cushion that they charged us $300 for and they won't return my calls or emails. I would allow them to fix it but it appears they have no intention of doing so. I will never recommend them to anyone.

I recently had a Lane Leather recliner fixed. In addition to the reclining apparatus being completely shot, our dog chewed up the leather in two places and damaged one of the wooden claw feet. The chair was a mess, but my husband's favorite. Anyway, Kerry came out to view and give me an estimate one day after I emailed The Furniture Group. He quoted me a fair price and took the chair away that day. Less than 4 days later, the chair was returned in beautiful condition and working properly. I can't say enough about how courteous and professional Kerry was. Thanks again!

We contacted furniture solutions to give us a quote on a cracked footboard. They were very responsive. Kerri arrived the day after conversation and repaired the bed onsite. The price was a little more than we were prepared to pay, but the convenience was well worth it. Will definetly use them again if needed.

I read the good reviews and thought this would be a good company. I was wrong. Kerri came out and replaced the mechanism on my leather chair made by lane a few months ago at the tune of a couple hundred dollars. Now its making noise like there might be something loose & it sticks when putting the foot rest down. I've called a couple times to get someone to look at the chair, scheduled two appointments that were no-shows, & now the phone number is disconnected. I would look elsewhere for your business.

I used this comany to repair a dining room chair. I was told it would be ready the next day. However, it was not delivered to me until 2 1/2 weeks later after repeated calls on my part. I wondered at what point I might have to call the police to get my chair back. I will not use them again.

I made 2 appts with this company for which they never showed up and never called. The first time,I finally got a call back after a week and was told that they were out of town and terribly sorry so I made another one. After that no show- no call I finally caught on.

I called to find someone to repair an expensive china cabinet that was damaged in a recent move. Kerri was here w/in the hour.(Meanwhile, I didn't hear back from the first company I called until the next day). He not only evaluated the item, he repaired it! On the spot! No attempt to make the job more expensive by hauling it back to a shop, no "hms" and "ahs" about it looking like a very complicated (read: expensive) job. He came out the same day I called (within a couple of hours), evaluated the problem, and fixed it. I had been trying to get my highly rated (on Kudzu, no less) moving company to do the same thing since March. I was very, very impressed. I would recommend them to anyone I cared about without a minute of hesitation and will use them again. What a pleasure to see someone who is proud of the work he does and whose integrity is unquestionable. I wish all service providers went to the "Kerri School of Professionalism".

I emailed to inquiry about in home furniture repair--I had a tear at the seam in my leather chair. The response was quick and after a phone call, Kerri came to my house and performed the repair right there. It was a little more than I had intended to spend, however the work was wonderful, neat, and the service highly professional--I would recommend this company to anyone!

I called Kary to come and fix my broken kitchen chairs. He came out and did an awesome job! They look brand new. We tried to fix them ourselves initially with glue but that did not work. I would highly recommend them to anyone i knew. I saved so much money having them fixed instead of trying to buy a whole new set of chairs. Kary really spent time fixing my chairs and did a great job.

The quality was ok but the service needs work. Carey was very nice but nothing was done in the time frame promised from the initial appointment to my footrest being returned and there was no follow up by the company. I had to call to find out the status of everything. The work was good so I might be willing to try them again if the need presents itself.

Hi my name is Patrick Idol, I am the Owner of Brown's Chem-Dry in Atlanta GA, I hired theese guys to come and fix a recliner that I had just bought from Rooms To Go. I am a big guy 200+ pounds and had broken the piece that is directly under your knees where the foot rest slides back under the rest of the seat.. Well I emailed theese guys to have them come fix my chair. They came the very next day and picked up the chair and had it back with in a week, I can't tell that it was ever broken, I can tell that they reinforced the broken piece with better materials. If you think that your furniture is ruined think again call theese guys and you should be very happy.. Quick turn around good service and good people skills.. For any questions about this review call 770-577-2259 ask for Patrick will be glad to recomend them, Patrick Idol Owner Brown's ChemDry Carpet Cleaning Atlanta GA

I thought my couch was totalled until The Furniture Group came to my rescue! Not only did they pick it up and repair within 24 hours, they did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them to everyone. This is one company, I would do business with again.

Kerry at the Furniture Group did a fantastic job on an upholstery repair on my sofa and loveseat -- patched a corner that the cat had used for a scratching post. The couches look like new and the speed and price can't be beat! I can't even tell that there was any previous damage. I am very pleased that I decided to try the repair instead of buying new furniture, and Kerry was very friendly and professional to work with. Highly recommended!
