Giovanni and team recently installed a tile back splash in our kitchen. We couldn't be happier with the results. They were on time, professional and courteous. The work well exceeded our expectations. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

We had a kitchen back splash installed 2/09. Our experience was flawless from beginning to end. They came out to give us a quote and answered several questions we had regarding placement of tiles and finishing touches. They are excellent and creative in helping the undecided customer finalize their proposal to give them the best appearance possible. The job went smoothly with no problems. We will definitely call them first for our next tile job.

Original negative review was due to poor communication. That has been corrected and Silvio has been very professional in follow-up and answering all questions in a timely and professional manner. I believe they would do an outstanding tile job in line with other reviews.

Upon moving into my new home, my "remodeled" bathroom shower floor was failing. I searched on Kudzu and found Giovanni's. From beginning to end they were top notch! The level of expertise and craftmenship was impressive. I felt totally confident that they knew what needed to be done and how to execute the job. Also, they cleaned up, showed up when scheduled and performed beautiful tile work. "Thank YOU Giovanni's Tile Design!"

My front porch was leaking into my basement on a 1 year old house. The builder - Mike Basile disappeared leaving me with many items to repair. Giovanni's Tile evaluated the existing work, listened to my concerns and proceeded to explain the correct way to do the tile porch. They stripped off the existing tile, underlayment and board and proceeded to install plastic barriers, float the surface to pitch it properly, and installed tile with Epoxy grout, sealed and scrubbed it all off. They cleaned up their worksite each day and left the front of my house looking great. Best of all - no water in the basement. I am now finishing my basement and will look forward to having Giovanni's Tile Design do the work there as well. Thank you!

We had our bathroom remodeled in 2011. They offered suggestions in the design, kept me informed of progress, took pride in their work and followed up promptly for a very minor repair. All I can say is Great Job!!! I will call them for any future work on our home.

Giovanni's did a complete renovation of two very out-dated bathrooms and I could not be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were very respectful of my house by cleaning up each day and taking measures to contain the work 'mess' to only the space directly affected. The tile work is exceptionnal and throughout the entire process, they helped guide me through all the decisions to be made from choosing the right paint color and handles/knobs to tile patterns. These bathrooms now look like they came right out of a design magazine and I could not be happier.

Giovanni Tile was referred to us by a neighbor and completed a bathroom remodel for us in 2010. We could not be happier, the bathroom is beautiful. It is the room in our home we get the most compliments on. Besides the excellent work, Giovanni was also great to work with. Silvio, along with his father and brother, always showed up when promised and completed the job on time and budget. I especially appreciated how there were no surprises, he kept me updated with any changes to the estimates as we went along. I will definitely be using them in the future...
