Mike came out and gave me an estimate on several projects I wanted done back in August. In September, of course there were lots of storms through this area so I figured he would be very busy with work, so I waited a month or two and e-mailed to tell him I would like to go ahead and schedule him to come do at least one of the projects. Never heard from him. I have called and left messages and e-mailed several times since then and not once ever got any reply.

Mike and his crew replaced a deck for me and did a superb job. His estimate was very fair and his final price was exactly as he had conveyed up front. He and his crew were very conscientious and genuinely concerned in doing a good job, which was reflected in the final product. They were prompt, courteous and friendly. I could tell they enjoyed their work and I enjoyed their company. An overall excellent and pleasurable experience. We plan to use their services in various improvement projects in the future.

Mike and his team created a kitchen pantry, extended a closet and built a 16x16 storage building for us. The design collaboration was great and the finished product is fantastic. They completed the work in a timely manner with everything completed and no follow up needed. Great job!

I must say I was a little apprehensive in the beginning, but Mike was very professional and super fast. He came out to give me a quote for gutter work on Monday and it was fixed on Tuesday. Better than I ever anticipated. I even had him give me a quote for my basement the same day!

Mike was very easy to schedule with. He & his crew arrived on time and completed the jobs for the quoted estimate. Work included replacing slate tiles on porch, repair of cracked marble hearth and replacement of dry rotted exterior trim. Love these guys!

Mike and his guys do a fine job and were a pleasure to work with. Mike was very responsive to any questions or updates needed to my estimate, unlike some others I had contacted. Communication is HUGE in my book and shows they were truly interested in getting my business. Project included mainly replacing rotten wood around windows and was completed to my satisfaction. Also, when I was not sure about some of the repair work, Mike and his guys were quick to resolve. They are a busy group, so you might not be first on their schedule, but worth the wait in my opinion. Will definitely contact for any future work needed.

When I decided to put my house on the market, there were a lot of small odds and ends to be done around the house to make it move-in ready for a new family. I needed a handyman to take care of it as I had so many other things to get done in preparation. Michael and the gang were able to take care of everything on my punch list, and quite quickly too! Since there were many tasks, the job was priced hourly. They were efficient with their use of time and didn't run up the clock. I was impressed with what they got done in 4 hours. They made sure I was 100% happy with everything before calling the job done. I would definitely do business with them again, and I'm leaving their business card for the new homeowner in case they ever need anything done around the house.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Samson Handyman this spring and I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a company that provides quality work and quality customer service. Although our kitchen and office renovation took longer than usual due to circumstances beyond their control (ie the house needing to be brought up to code before they installed our appliances, me deciding to install a farmer's sink instead of a standard sink which required more time) Mark and his crew always did everything they could to help us. Mark, Mike, Frank and other members of the Samson crew went over and beyond in trying to complete each phase of the renovation on time so we could finish the project as quickly as possible and also keep our home safe during the renovation for our 2 year old son. We will definitely use Samson Handyman Service in the future and will continue to recommend them to our family and friends!

We are repeat customers of Metro Handyman because Mike and his crew are wonderful to work with. He has done several projects for us in the past year. He has replaced and installed new attic steps, replaced rotten wood, installed gutter guards, done electrical work, added a new bathroom, interior painting, etc. and we already have his next project planned. Mike, and the other 2 Mikes are trustworthy, honest, and hardworking. They do a great job communicating and showing up when they promise. We have owned our home for 32 years and have used several contractors - but they are the best! Terry & Skip Anderson

Mike did contact me and informed me he did send my estimate on August 4th. I did not receive it for whatever reason, but did receive the 2nd re-send this morning. 9/9/13. Thanks-Mike

Mike did a great job repairing rotted wood siding, installing new gutters, figuring out drainage problems and relaxing the floating floor that had swelled due to this summer's wetness. Best of all, Mike was a man of his word - showing up when scheduled, keeping in touch. I've known good contractors who simply don't show when they say they will. Mike set a time, gave a quote, got to work, and finished just as he said he would. He and the other two Mikes were a pleasure to be around and Mike seems to know his stuff. I will use this crew again for sure.

Mike and crew worked on my deck, replacing siding as well as doing some painting. They are good hardworking, honest folks, and they did a terrific job for a fair price. I know who to call next time I need something done!

I called about a replacing the fascia board/flashing behind a section of gutter. They came an looked to give me an estimate, but said they didn't see anything. I told him he couldn't see it from the ground - he would need a ladder. He said he would come by after the completed a job they were working on that was using all their ladders. I never heard from them again.

Totally my fault. We are in the middle of three whole house exterior paints and the ladders were tied up, but that is no excuse. The potential client should have been called and informed of what was going on. Will not happen again. Potential client will be called and apologized to and offered discounted services
