From the consultation with Ted, who couldn't have been nicer or more helpful to our techs that installed our unit, Anterio and Ken, who were also nice, friendly and did a great job! We couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience including David who got us approved. The warranty is great too which includes 2 visits a year for cleaning and filter check. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone! Including Mary! Thank you All!

i purchased my system from Reliable two ago and it has never worked right fro the install. We have had several techs out here and each one has had a different opinion on the problem and never could fix the issue. Finally they had their supervisor come and get the problem resolved once and for all. Unit was not installed correctly and also had problems with airflow and configuration of the thermostat. I ask why it took two years to repair the system and what level of tech experience are being used work on the systems. Frankly I am very disappointed in their services. Today I hear from my neighbor they had same problem with Reliable as well and had to get the same supervisor come and diagnose the problem. WHAT A SHAME!!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING

1/4/18 SEE PROJECT INFO BELOW FOR UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW FROM 1 TO 3 STARS. 1st, My Technician and helper are very polite and professional...that is not the issue. 1. My appointment window was from 8am-1pm TODAY 1/2/18...they did not arrive until almost 5pm. there is a day off work. 2. Our water heater pilot light would not light. They did get it lit. It did not stay lit after they left, so once again no hot water. The water heater is under warranty and was purchased and installed by Reliable. 3. We called back this evening only to be told we would be put on stand by for tomorrow (not acceptable) and they could definitely be out sometime the day after tomorrow. We will see if I get moved up and this resolved tomorrow so I can update this review to a positive experience. As a service contract customer I was led to believe we got priority appointments. Reliable replaced my entire Heat & Air, and my water heater. I need to rethink using them for my plumbing and electrical and let you just maintain my HVAC? I am frustrated right now as a loyal customer.....not just someone who has never been your customer calling for HELP.
UPDATE and slight rating upgrade today 1/4/18 from 1/2/18 post. Today was the 3rd visit. I LOVE MY Plumber John & apprentice Kendrick. They are true professionals. Everything said and done it took them 1 hour to flush my tank and replace my Water Heater Gas control valve/ignitor. I know they don't set the prices charged, but $449 - $25 E-coupon=$424. Since the RHEEM Warranty does NOT cover labor I am stuck. I can see $225. Hence 3 stars for expensive labor.

On December 20, 2017, I had this company unclog my upstairs bath tub and install a garbage disposal. When I went upstairs to talk to the plumber. I noticed paper towel in my toilet. I asked the plumber why is he flushing paper towel down my toilet. He responded that he cut up the paper towel and that it will not affect my plumbing. First, is it your company policy to have your license plumbers to flush paper towel down client's toilets. Secondly, how will your company remedy the issue of paper towel being flush down my toilet.

I had two furnaces, coils, and condensers replaced by Reliable. Although their quote wasn't the lowest, it was very reasonable. In addition, Reliable was also the only company out of four I considered that would provide a 10 year labor warranty on Trane equipment without a mandatory annual service contract. Two teams (Jorge, Erik, Fernando, and Shaw) arrived on time and explained how the install would go. They worked carefully to remove the old equipment and install the new units. The technicians were very polite and patient when I watched and asked questions. After they were done, they showed me the final installation and checked to be sure I was satisfied. Their final product was something they should be proud of. They then cleaned up and demonstrated the use of the new thermostats. I couldn't be more satisfied and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality installation!

After having another electrician (Ampt Electricians)(free estimate) look at the blackened wall outlet and tell me the burned wire would have to be replaced from the living room outlet through the walls and ceiling back to the breaker box in the garage, but not to worry, they worked with a great sheet rock company whose repainting was barely noticeable, I called Reliable HVAC for another estimate($49, applied to repair). They dispatched James Steffey, "mild-mannered Clark Kent," and was I ever glad they did. In he comes, courteous and low-key, and after looking at the same situation as the last electrician, puts tones on the line and asks if there's anything on the outside of the house opposite this outlet. Sure enough, there's a long-forgotten electric fence battery metal box whose door has been blown off and is lying on the ground. The interior of the box is all black, like the outlet. Then he examines the other outlets on the circuit, and asks if I'd like him to fix the problem. Voila! Done! In a little over an hour, the house is fixed up and he's on to his next rescue. What, no 'sheetrock repair?' Reasonable price. Is this great, or what? It all depends on the quality of the electrician! With electricians of this caliber, Reliable's reputation is sure to be stellar. Thank you, James Steffey, for your intelligence, thoroughness, patience with my questions, and great customer service! Whoever hired you is a good judge of character and skill.

There was a problem with communication, verbal and written, when I had some work done recently. Reliable has stepped up and is going to make things right. I have to give them credit. They really worked with me on this issue and listened to my point of view. I will continue to use Reliable Heating and Air in the future for my heating and cooling needs.

They were sold recently and so don't believe the old reviews. We are now on visit 5 or 6 to get things working right. In the meantime we haven't slept good because the house is too hot or too cold. Plus they put in thermostats that none of the many technicians know how tto operate. I heard they were sold so I guess that is why they aren't any good
New furnace at their recommendation. Fancy thermostats also their recommendation

I am very sorry to hear this and we will make it right. I am having our customer care team look into it right now. This is Dan Jape and I can assure you that I am here every day managing every aspect just as I have been since 1978. Again I apologize and please look out for my team to contact you. We stand by our 100% satisfaction guarantee and we won't stop until you are.
I installed a new HVAC unit, they did the job in a professional manner starting from providing the Quote to till they finish up installing the unit. The technicians know what they are doing. They were nice, polite and sincere in answering the questions. I liked the part where they did followed up when we called them. Specifically in our case the attic ladder/door couldn't stand up the weight and the usage, they have provided a temporary fix on the date of the work. I could see the possibility of cold/hot air leakage thru that. When I called them up they sent a technician named Mick Inzer, he provided a fix on the door and as it wasn't good enough, he went ahead and provided a box like insulation on the inner side of the attic at no cost to us. This is awesome!!!!!. This made me feel that Reliable could really stand up to their name and it made me feel I am in good hands when it comes to HVAC.

The night before the first day of school, our compressor broke. Not great timing (is it ever?). I made a repair appointment and when the tech inspected it, he said that the A/C needed to be replaced. This was not a surprise due to the age of our system. Since we replaced the furnace and added dual zones, it was a 2 day job. Conor (with one n) M. and Andre L. installed the whole system in a very professional, courteous and efficient manner. They were even very kind to my kid and explained some of the work they were doing and why they had to do it. We are very please with the way it all went down and will recommend Reliable to our friends in the future and make sure they request Conor (with one n) and Andre.

day, Michael Stephens came to our house to fix our a/c unit. Let me tell you, he was amazing! First, our A/C stopped working this weekend. Perfect for the Georgia heat! We called Reliable right away and were scheduled for an appointment (only had to wait from Sunday till Tuesday afternoon to have someone come help us! Sweet!!) When Michael arrived, he walked around the property, figured everything out and was done in less than 1 hour. He took photos of my unit and the broken part. He showed me how it looked, and how it should look. He explained everything that needed to be done and how he'd do it (step-by-step). He was awesome! And, now thanks to how well trained the Reliable crews are, my house is quickly cooled down and we're enjoying comfort again. Thank you Reliable. And thanks Michael Stephens for the help!!!

Technician was nice and tried his best. However, I was charged $127 for a $6 capacitor and $207 for a $10 contactor. A total ripoff! When I called their customer service to ask about the basis for their pricing they told me our pricing is our pricing and that's the explanation. Will never use them again ever. %2000 convenience fee on spare parts!
Faulty AC and it got down to replacing fan capacitor and outside AC unit contactor.

Reliable installed my main furnace a year ago and this A/C team seems to be just as professional as prior team. Lonnie and his partner called before arriving notifying me of time of arrival and approximate install time. They were very considerate of home surroundings and did an outstanding job. Taking time to explain every aspect of the installation as well as demonstrate how to program thermostat. They treated me with courtesy and respect something thats becoming ancient.Outstanding Job. Fantastic from the first telephone call to set up an appointment with Mary, then Ted my salesman (excellent salesman) kind, courteous and respectful to my very large family. On to Marty and his helper Anterio, I couldn't have hand picked a better installation technician as him and his crew. They called 30 minutes before they were to start and they were here on time. They always entered my home with shoe protection and covered areas they were working in. They cleaned up and hauled away all the old heating and air equipment. (Marty and his helper Anterio are superb). I have and will continue to recommend Reliable Heating and where they are available, I would ask for Ted as my salesman and Marty for my installs. You can't ask for better sales and installation.
I had Reliable Heating & Air to come to my home in late May and give me and estimate on replacing my entire heating and air system. The heat exchanger is located in a very cramped area of my attic. I also needed new duct and a new return run in the mother-in-law suite because it was added after the purchase of the home way back in 1994. Also wanted to upgrade from a 2 ton to 3 ton air conditioning unit. the estimate and the final cost were exactly what I was quoted, there were no up charges.

TERRIBLE COMPANY AND DO NOT TRUST THEM Reliable Heating and Air came to my house on a job regarding a bad board in my furnace. On May 31, 2017 . I never received the bill until the next day when I called because my email wasn't generated in their system. I was never told before putting in the board what the cost of the board would be either. So on June 1, st when I received my bill I saw in the description stated that the furnace couldn't be ran because there is a crack in it and the system .
