I called Nathan about a year ago and he talked me through how to fix my garage door issue myself. I promised to call him when I needed a more thorough service, and yesterday I did so. He was at my house a few minutes earlier than he promised; he gave me an estimate that was perfectly reasonable; and he did the work right away. I'm pretty sure he did more than he thought he would, but he did so with a smile. I would recommend this company to anyone. Nathan did quality work and couldn't have been any nicer.

Nathan came out in about 18 hours after I called on the New Years holiday (Monday). I wasn't really expecting them to pick up the phone, but they did. The first time a tech comes out, I get a "read" on them by watching them start up, how they work, and so on. It's been a while since I've been as confident that things were going to go well - and quite refreshing. There were no attempts to sell me things that I didn't need - in fact, on a couple of things, I asked him if they should be replaced; he said "I'm probably supposed to say "yes", but this repair should last for a good while", instead of trying to sell me a replacement. From the time he showed up to the time he left (he said between 10 and 12 and he was here at 10:30, after calling right at 10 to let me know that he was leaving the job he'd just finished) was a little under an hour, in which time he took off and replaced the springs, tightened all the hinges, bolts, and garage door opener, lubed what needed to be lubed, moved a strut from the bottom of the door to the second panel for better support, and worked out the invoice. He told me what he thought the price was going to be and listed a couple of variables; it came in at that exact price. Another reviewer said that he is courteous, helpful, and thorough - I totally concur with that assessment. I highly recommend this company without hesitation; when we need to replace the door and/or garage door opener, I've found my go-to guy.

Nate and the guys installed my garage doors in 2009 and did a fantastic job! I have called them twice over the years and both times they were at my house within 24 hours and fixed the problems I created without a charge. Best contractors I have ever had in 22 plus years at my house in Cobb County. I highly recommend!

Nathan is the best! He came out the very next day after my call and replaced the 25 year-old keypad on my garage doors and was able to make the new keypad work with my old motor and circuit board. Nathan is courteous, helpful and thorough. Great price and great service. What more can you ask?

Nate and his crew installed my garage door back in 2011. The unit has been flawless and the quietest I've ever heard. Last week I had a problem with a noise coming from the track. Nate came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. Fixed it with some lube. "What do I owe you Nate?" His answer, "No charge. You were on my way to my next job". Courtesy like that is only one reason why I'm so happy with this company.

My garage door masterboard(?) .. It's brain was struck by lightening last week. I was going out of town for a funeral and knew my sister had received excellent results from Nathan. I called and we set an appointment for My first day back in town. He was very transparent in his thoughts on the issue. Either the board needed to be replaced or possibly the entire unit. He gave price quotes for both possibilities and came prepared for what turned out to be a fried board, sensor and object sensor for detecting any thing the lowering of the garage door could harm.
He not only fixed it but serviced it, straightened out the bent place in the door and moved the anchor plate for the rod holding the spring because he noticed the wood had a crack that could have been dangerous. He even reprogrammed my spare opener and car so I didn't have to do it . All for the price of the masterboard and without my asking for the additional work. Was clean, neat, courteous, friendly and professional. Highly recommend !

I can't say enough great things about Nathan. He converted two garage doors to torsion springs and fixed a previously, poorly-done job by someone else. His price was more than fair, and he went above and beyond the call of duty by also changing out some rollers that were also in bad shape at no charge to me. You can tell he wants to do the right thing by his customers. I know my motors will go out at some point, and when they do, I won't hesitate to call Nathan to replace both of them. Thank you again, Nathan...glad I found you!

Just had work done on my garage door. Nathan was prompt, came within the time frame that he originally scheduled, and worked quickly and efficiently. He was able to repair the broken spring, replace the old pulleys, reset the existing motor and get everything working again within an hour. The price was quite reasonable and I couldn't be more pleased with the service.

Atlanta Classic Garage Doors are fantastic. I was deciding whether to fix up the old one or get a new one. Nathan came out and gave me a very reasonable quotes both ways. He found a host of mistakes made by the previous garage door guys we had used. He did not try to upsell me on anything and answered all my questions directly and honestly. He was very polite and extremely professional. I decided to go with a new garage door. He came when he said he would and did a very thorough job. I would definitely use them again!

Nathan is amazing; knowledgeable; friendly and timely. He did everything I needed quickly and then asked multiple times if I needed anything else. You don't find service like this often. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely use him again and again if the need arises.

Nathan knows garage doors! This guy is a pro. He surmised in my initial call what had caused the problem where the J-Hook that pulls the garage door up had detached from the garage door. He even surmised correctly the manufacturer of the garage door. He's honest and his prices are fair and reasonable. This company will be the first and only one I call from here on out.

Called service early Monday AM, met the co-owner in the afternoon (he arrived earlier that the appointment we had arranged), and had the three broken hinges replaced and every screw tightened or replaced and every roller and spring greased in less than and hour; all done for a VERY reasonable price. This morning I called Atlanta Classic Garage Doors because I couldn't close my garage door with my opener and the inside light on the garage door was flashing red. The person who answered the phone told me to bend the light back (it turned out it was bent probably from my car). Sure enough I bent it back and the light is an even red and garage door is working. Thank you for your honest service/help over the phone. I put your company's name on my phone and will definitely call you if I have serious trouble with my garage door.
