Rem A D Window Repair L.L.C.

We called them to replace an "arch" window on the south side of our home. We were having sun screens installed and that company noticed that we had a window coming out of the frame. Mark explained our options and then went out of his way to get the window done and installed quickly. He got it installed one hour before the screen company showed up!

This is the first review I have written on this site. I just wanted to post a note to say I was very impressed with this company. I had a window smashed out in a burglary of my home, so obviously I was very upset and in a hurry to get it fixed. Even though it was a dual-pane, they were able to get it installed the next day. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and professional: Juan (who came to take measurements) and I think it was Mark who actually did the install. Now if only someone could catch the burglars! :-(

My wife and I just purchased a short sale property with several failed (foggy) windows, old beat up sliding door screens and one sliding door that just wouldn't open. Having never replaced glass before I was not sure what to expect. In fact they just replace the parts of your window that are failed - instead of replacing the whole window and frame. The only problem is that the new panes looks SO much nicer than the old ones, I am going to be forced to put some serious effort into getting our old windows sparkling again. They also replaced my sliding glass screen doors, the sliding door with bad rollers and cleaned up the tracks and got them all working well again. Prices were good and service was great.

AMAZING is the best word for Rem A D! I called Deb and was not only impressed with the customer service given to be but even more impressed with the customer service given to our client! Not only was the job done quickly but at the BEST price in Arizona. Mark was wonderful not only with his customer service as well but the quality of the install was fantastic. I will be working with them again and I encourage all remodeling companies to contact them as well if they are looking for a wonderful experience as well.

I had a broken window and they gave me a hassle free quote over the phone. Also arranged to have someone come out and do the measure and they sent them same day. Mentioned that it would be 2-3 days to get the replacement glass and they were even quicker. VERY happy and would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone. A great value as well! A+

Phone was answered did not have to leave a message showed up at my home on time clean neatly shaved clean clothes.Name on the shirt, and wonder of all wonders had the correct product, cleaned up I could not tell they had been there and Reasonably Priced.
