Kevin and his team from Audio Intersection did a great job on our basement audio and media room! The whole team was very professional and the overall service from the team and the company was top notch. They were very patient with me and my wife when teaching us the system and making sure we understood everything. They even came back a second time to help hook up an additional device. We would highly recommend Audio Intersection to anyone!

We hired Audio Intersection to install security cameras in our home as well as take over our alarm monitoring. Our install went smoothly and Ryan and Mike were able to install 4 cameras (1 exterior, 3 interior) without us having to repair any walls. They did amazing work! A week after our install, we began having issues with our alarm monitoring system again. We had issues with our system prior to AI taking over it. Our previous company, Northstar Security, convinced us that it was not their problem but the phone company. The phone company said it was the alarm company. Well, AI, finally solved the problem!! Jeremy came out, and after some troubleshooting, determined that a part was bad and replaced it. NO MORE ISSUES!! We will definitely used AI again! Thank you!

We moved into our new home in 2009. They had whole house stereo speakers with no equipment to use them. We went with AI to set up the stereo, install alarm and put it all together with Control 4 for home automation. We have since added numerous products including door locks, lighting, outdoor stereo and TV and the Control 4 works all of them wonderfully. They have done both dish and direct for us and while we have had some problems with direct since installation, it has been much easier contacting them and have them either help on the phone or stop by than having to contact direct and try to get a person over automated menu, let alone if I had to wait for service person. AI works around your schedule, no you working your schedule out to allow a 4 hour time period, only then not to have the come then. So both the products offered and service keep us coming back.

The staff at AI understood our needs, made the perfect recommendations, performed the jobs as promised and cleaned up better than the place was before they arrived. If it wasn't for the huge flat screen tv and sound bar they installed, people wouldn't have known they were there! Great staff representing great products with exceptional service. Audio Intersection exceeds expectations!
