Weekend scare which nobody likes. First call was made to Gary on a Sunday. Gary understood the severity and timeliness of our issue. We're first time septic owners of an older house. We were first quoted $5000.00 from "another septic place" after advising this said place that I wanted a second opinion they immediately came down to $4000.00. That's a pretty hefty discount there...which told me they were trying to rip us off. Gary called an employee, Ken who on his OFF day...came to our house the same day we called within an hour to assess what we had going on before we went with the "other septic place". Needless to say they came in WAY lower than any other place and did not try to tell/sell us on anything we did not need!! HONESTY goes a long way folks! The following morning, we were told that they would be at our home around 10:00 am. Ken and helper were prompt and right on time. They explained the process. Showed us what they did and answered every single question I had without hesitation. We will def be using them in the future for maintenance / pumping of our system which was never serviced prior by anyone!
Pumped tank. Replaced outlet baffle tee. Installed outlet filter in baffle tank, oxidation treatment, bacteria shock treatment. 1 yr of bacteria treatment. I may be missing a few other things. I know roots were removed and my area where the septic tank was, looked like it did before they arrived minus the leaves. Thank you!

Having to call for any repairs on a weekend causes major anxiety; however, I was not charged any surcharges. The men that came to inspect were knowledgeable and honest. I knew the tank needed a repair, but I did not know just what I was dealing with. The men went out of their way to explain every step and made sure my bill matched their original estimate even when they stayed until midnight to get the job done. They stayed until everything was running properly, and I am so thankful.
Pumped one tank and replaced the pump. Also installed a riser over the new pump.

I gave them three tries to come check my septic tank out. First time no show and no call. Second time no show and no call. Third time call and ask were the gas line and septic tank area explain that they are not even close to one another and you can see the area where they dug up the gas line last year. They then said ok and left with out doing anything or telling me what was up. Wow from start to finish the most incompetent display I have ever seen. I gave them one star because I can not give negative stars.

We give windows of time, ie 4-8 that our truck will be out there and that we will call when we are in route so you don't have to waste your time. Coordinating sometimes can be very difficult. Most customers understand how long it takes to get from the Northside of Atlanta to the Southside of Atlanta. When we are running behind we attempt to let the customers know we are running late and will work late. Sometimes customers do not want us to come out late. We were instructed not to come out this late and they wanted it first thing in the morning. We schedule at least 3 days ahead most days to keep from having scheduling issues. This pushed into jobs of the next days schedule and caused a lot of issues. Out of our kindness we offered her FREE 1 year bacteria. We mailed 2 sets of bacteria by regular mail, which somehow customer states never showed up. Therefore, we sent another year of treatment that requires tracking and signature of receipt. This is a $525 of value to ensure the customer is happy. We hope this customer is now happy that their system has been cleaned and they have FREE treatment. We try to please but sometimes...
Gary quoted me $350 to pump my tank, up to $2800 to remediate, and $4000 to replace my system. Ultimately his subcontractors charged me $5300 to pump the tank and field drain lines, to replace two defective pipes and to install a clean-out, and to treat with a bacteria product. Granted, my tank was overfull and there was some minor demo required to a part of my deck, so this was not a typical job. It took 8 hours (one evening and an afternoon the following day) to complete. I get that this is hard, nasty work and I think the guys did a quality job. But, the price was very high (to me, anyway) and it is hard to haggle or to research pricing when you can't poop in your own toilet. Mark (the sub with Anytime Septic) told me I was "getting a deal," and maybe that is true. He's a nice guy and kept me informed of what was going on and even helped me move some shrubbery. But I fear that "deal" is probably an overstatement given my previous conversations with Gary. I just don't know. My advice to anyone undertaking a major septic repair is to get everything in writing up front, pricing for every possible scenario. Happily, everything is functioning now and I know more about how a septic system works than I ever wanted to know. My fingers are crossed that what I paid will be worth it because, as Mark said, it is highly unlikely that anything will go wrong in the future. Hey, it's still cheaper than paying for sewer.

Older systems will always have problems unless they have been well maintained. This tank was located under a very large deck which had to be removed, the mainline was rotted with roots, the tank was overfilled, the both inlet and outlet baffles were rotted, the outlet pipe was rotted, the drain field had root and was full of solids. This system was neglected because it was under the deck and could not be serviced. This is a premium example of why you need to ensure you have access ports (risers) if you decide to put a deck on top of your tank (which is still not advised to do, nor in code compliance), but at least most of the issues could have been avoided with regular maintenance.
Had tank pumped on 5/11/2015 Noticed septic smell during rains in the fall. January 2016 - septic overflowing from tank Called for another pumpout 1/12/2016 left message, no response. Used another company. they dug up the lid and guess what? The lid had been left offset and covered up with dirt and sod leaving a 6 inch crack from the edge of the tank. Accidental? With a 300 lb septic tank lid? Unlikely. Will not trust again.

I had some septic problem so i called this business. Gary was on the line. I told him what the problem was and asked how much it will cost. He told me the cost and said his workers will there(at my home) between 4PM and 5PM. The cost was reasonable so I told him to go ahead. Truck came promptly on time and work was done to my complete satisfaction.

Spoke w/Gary got the impression he was a super honest guy. Had an employee come out and pumped the septic for $325. Spoke w/Jerry afterwards, very knowledge. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat

I called them to get a price quote to get my tank pumped. Gary answered the phone & gave a price of $325.00. I asked if they would do it for less because I already uncovered the lid and no digging is needed. He advised me to find companies that would do it for $179 or $199, knowingly that they probably would add extra cost such as disposal fee. I'm fine with them to keep their prices firm. Instead of just saying no, he gave intentional misleading advises and gave the attitude that they don't need my business. After all, other companies can do the same thing for the same price.

We did not do any service for this customer. I answer all customers in the same way and give all the same answers. First, I give our price based on customers tank size and location. I told this customer $325 and he tried to barter and say that I am twice the price as my competitors that list $179 and $199 online, and told me to beat their prices. I explained that I could not beat their prices because disposal alone would cost me more than $199 for his tank. I explained to him that they will not do it for that price either, but go ahead and try. I also advised him to check reviews online for all companies.
I would refer this company hands down to anyone whose septic tanks has backed up and wanted a honest and reasonable quote.I am very pleased with service provided and the owner Gerry was very informative and was the the first company that gave me options instead of saying I had to replace the entire septic system.Awesome company!

Thank you very much for your review. It speaks volumes...Gary
Having our septic tank pumped is usually not this much fun. Frank and Art were amusing and informative and let me know when they were on the way. Gary in the office called us to follow up - which I think is very important. A couple of hiccups with the scheduling, but that was no problem at all. We'll use them again.

I must say this company is awesome talking about dependable, honest, helpful and gets the job done they found my problem fixed it and did not trick me, I used them in 2011 and it's 2015 the service is still the same I will not go to any other company. I highly recommend Action Pro, they came out and pumped out my septic tank last week. The main thing I was looking for is an honest price. I called several places to get quotes and Action Pro was one of the cheapest. I also know the horror stories about how that price goes up drastically once the work begins. Not the case with these guys. The price I was quoted was the price I paid.
