I bought a car from here and shortly after there was a vibration and noise in the steering column. Turns out the motor mounts were cracked. I am sure it wasn't there before since I had the car thoroughly checked out by an independent shop before I bought it and the it checked out very well. I went back to Grand central and they totally fixed the problem under their warranty. Very impressed with service and their promise to make me happy with my purchase.

I took my van to a quick lube place. Of course they found a million other things wrong and wanted to charge me an arm and a leg. A friend recommended Grand Central Auto so I brought the vehicle by for them to inspect. The only thing they found was leaking steering fluid. They showed me where the leak was and since it was an expensive repair (rack and pinion) they worked with me and gvae me a much needed break. I feel like they treated me with much respect and they have truly earned my business. They demistified the whole mechanic lingo mumbo jumbo and talked to me a like human so I understand the value of doing teh repair versus the risks of not doing it. They also discuss used parts option versus OEM. In the end, they left the decision up to me, but I felt well informed. The car has performed beautifully since the repair and I actually feel, forthe first time with a car related issue, that I got more than my moneys worth. Ill be back even for the next oil change, which is actually cheaper than the quick lube place with brake inspection and tire rotation.

My Mitsubishi Montero was smoking. I brought it by. The guys at Grand Central were like a pit crew. They examined my car, asked me about the history, pointed out some things and explained everything very clearly. No games, no pressure tactics and they didnt even charge me a diagnostic fee. I brought my car back to them later to have bearings installed. Highly recommend them.
