Incomplete job and poor post-job service
The guys came and were very friendly etc, but they left the job incomplete. Now I'm trying to get them to come back and finish the job but they refuse to return my calls. Left them several messages but no response. Having to start all over again with a new repair service provider. Very unprofessional.
