A Fabulous Experience

We didn't spend a million dollars but they treated us as if we did. We worked with Teresa who made sure we were satisfied every step of the way. A true professional. She went far and above what we ever expected. Everything we were promised was done. The installers were amazing, our floors are beautiful! Going forward' they have our business. I would HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you Steve and Teresa.

Poor installation

I used overstock to put on hardwood floor on my entire 2nd floor. Due to late delivery, i have to switch into other type of wood that are not my prefered choice. During the installation, i complaint about un-flat floor. The worker said because the subfloor is not flat. Well, they should flatten the subfloor and dry it before install it. Now i have to live with hardwood floor with many unflat spot and creacky sound every where. At last, i don;t get any leftover material for back up. I will not recommend this company.

Overstock went above and beyond for the new hardwood we installed in our living room, the price was right and the people were very helpful, thank you so much!! My wife and I are thinking about installing tile in the kitchen, we definitely will consult Overstock Floors for this project.

My husband and I recently purchased hardwood and carpet for our home. The sales person was very knowledgable and very patient,as Overstock Floors has a huge selection to choose from. We finally chose the flooring and could not be happier. The installation process was fast and professional. Overstock Floors, their sales staff and product exceeded our expectations!
