Our technician quoted due to the situation and the borrower didn't agree so no work was done and the client was not charged. We apologize for the differences that can occur once a technician is onsite to review the actual tank and situation. As our office can only quote what is covered in our basic maintenance pump service. Every customer's situation is different based upon usage, time since last service and age of system.
I scheduled an appointment via text for the following day. I texted the day of the appointment to get an updated eta since I had been waiting for about an hour. They told me they didn't have an appointment for me. I had drove a long distance to meet them and made arrangements to clear my schedule because my septic inspection is something my Realtor needed quickly. I was an extremely upset customer on the phone with them to only get hung up on. After hanging up on me, they texted me back saying that they could have someone there the following day. I replied back asking them to still try to get someone out there since I clearly had an appointment that someone didn't schedule. The manager (I'm assuming) called me back and would have someone there in a hour. About an hour later my realtor called me saying she didn't need an inspection and that the appraiser had changed the terms. I immediately texted them to cancel the appointment. I didn't receive a response. So I called the office out of courtesy because I knew he tech was in route. She was extremely rude to me and hung up on me yet again. After experiencing the customer service from the front office I would never use this company and would advise you not to either. I do feel bad the technician most likely had to go out of his way but if his office had not messed up in the first place, that problem would not have occurred. I've been in customer service and would never imagine hanging up on a customer no matter how mad they are

We sincerely apologize for a scheduling mistake and we reached out to this customer and apologized and tried to help out for the wasted time. We understand the stress of home buying/selling and know scheduling and time important for all parties.
These guys charge unfairly. What should have been a job for a few hundred ended up being quoted thousands of dollars. A second opinion showed that the job could be done for a few hundred dollars. Also they cut the main water line to the house and refused to fix it. Make sure you are aware of the waiver that release them from responsibility for damages. I wish I could but less than one star. Do not use this company!

Retained their service to pump a septic tank; property is under contract and is a requirement for sale. Company came out and suddenly the quote went from 150$ to $1100 and I was advised that unless I paid that fee they would write a report that I was not disclosing issues and I would have consequences if I did not pay. The owner of the company refused to discuss and I was forced to pay. Very unethical, and unprofessional and no shame in making threats to get money for work not done and not necessary. It was a very intimidating experience.

The technician explained everything to the customer's representative on-site, detailed the reason for the increase from $150 to the actual expense of $800. We have emailed the pictures from the job, as well as provided the paid invoice detailing the work performed. A certified inspection report was also provided to the customer via email to facilitate the sale of the home. It is unfortunate that the customer viewed the manager (not the owner) being on the phone at the time when she called as "refused to discuss"
Tech called me while evaluating septic at a house I had for sale. He asserted that a long list of repairs were necessary. These would normally cost over $2,000, but if I authorized it immediately he could do it for $1,600. He also promised that if authorized the repairs he would not disclose any of the issues to the buyer of my house. I was skeptical about the repairs he cited and unappreciative of the offer to conceal info from my buyer. New company just came out for a second opinion. Their tech said "As much as I would like to bill you for a lot of work, most of what Master Rooter cited as needing repair/replacement is perfectly fine. I can pump the tank for $400 and I'll give you a signed letter that the other items are in perfectly good, working order." If you read this company's reviews they go in bunches. I speculate that the negative reviews are bunches of actual customers and the following positive reviews are bunches of company representatives trying to conceal their deceitful practices.

Scott came out and they did an excellent job. They even corrected the mistakes from a previous company. The quality of service was outstanding, the cost was more than reasonable, and I highly recommend Master Rooter for all your septic needs.

I knew nothing about septic tanks and decided to get my tank pumped out after living in my house (a family of 4) for 7 years. Oh my what a mess we had. Scott and Charlie the technicians were extremely compassionate toward me and helped me get through a septic tank near extreme disaster with ease. They showed me how my system was over flowing and backing up. That explained the clogged sink! They were so knowledgeable and taught me and showed me everything they were doing. They gave me so much education on how to care for my tank and keep it running healthy and smooth. They gave me a great deal and worked with me to give me an awesome price for the major damage that had been done from the 7 year build up. They were extremely professional and friendly to me and my family even called my husband to explain everything to him. They are awesome! They also send are sending us pictures for our records of the work that was done and everything has a lifetime warranty. I highly recommend master rooter and will be spreading the word to whomever I can.

We found Master Rooter online after suspecting that we were having septic problems. Upon our initial contact Andrew was very professional. Ray, the service technician, came out the following morning. We thought we could have the septic tank pumped but found it to be a much bigger issue. Ray was extremely knowledgable and took the time to explain each step in the process to us. He was professional and courteous. Although the quoted price to repair the septic issue was beyond our expectations he worked with and offered a military discount to reduce the price. I would recommend the services to others.

We needed to have our septic tank pumped and receive a certified letter in order to sell our home. I called Master Rooter in the morning, and they arrived just 2 hours later. Scott came in and was very friendly and professional, explained everything that needed to be done before they started. They finished the job quickly and went over everything with me when they were finished. I appreciate being treated with courtesy and respect, and I would highly recommend Master Rooter to anyone.

I woke up this morning to a gurgle sound coming from my toilets. I goggled septic companies in my area and found Master Rooter. They were able to send Ray out by 12:30 the same day. He and his coworker were very professional from start to finish. The cost was going to be a little more than we could afford so Ray called his office and they worked with us on a less expensive price. Needles to say I was overall extremely happy with the professionalism, fast and affordable service. I would highly recommend them to my neighbors, friends and family.
