Accurate Fence installed a fence in my next door neighbors yard. Their contractor hit a main water pipe, our cable/internet and our sprinkler system. The man on-site told us that he was not responsible, yet he was the one who dug the hole and hit the lines, and we (the next door neighbor) had to contact our own plumber and the other utility companies. We contacted Georgia 811 (Call before you dig) who gave us the name of the company and said that we needed to talk to them about this (apparently by Georgia Law, you are not only supposed to call before you dig, but you're also supposed to report any damage to utilities- which Accurate Fence did not do)- The receptionist put me in touch with Ricky, who I've called multiple times, and Ricky is yet to come out to see what happened or return my phone calls- I have called daily for nearly 1 month and this issue has yet to be addressed- The owner has been copied on all of the emails that have been sent and have not even heard from him. This is absolutely horrible customer service. They did the damage, they need to claim accountability and make it right. They also installed the fence only 36 inches from the side of our home, not enough room to do any maintenance on the side of our home. This just does not seem right.

Fence installation in early 2013 caused damage to our sprinkler system. The installers poured concrete on top of the plastic pipes which of course broke them. We were never made aware that the pipes needed to be moved or we would have taken care of it. The damage showed up this year. Accurate was slow about coming out but the problem was eventually resolved.

Spent over $4000 for a wooden privacy fence from Accurate a little over 4 years ago. Seemed to be reputable and as their website claims valuing, "integrity". Not so much... Much of fence is now falling apart and can't get Accurate to show up and fix it. Save yourself the hassle and go with someone else.

Dear Client, We received your review of Accurate Fence on Kudzu, and we would like to apologize for any inconvenience that is relating to your fence install or repair. If willing we would love the opportunity to speak with you to determine the scope of work needed along with timeline to complete your job. Please feel free to contact the main office at 770-985-3700.
I contacted Accurate Fence after reading all the positive reviews on Kudzu. Fred, the salesman (?) who did the initial measurements was very personable and did a great presentation. I agreed (foolishly) to pay a portion of the total fees in advance. Since then, it's been downhill. I requested a different PVC option after I paid the downpayment- what I thought would be a simple substitution. They told me there would be a 3 week delay in starting the project because of the substitution. To date we're looking at five weeks of waiting. Meanwhile, I have plants that I can't put in because the fence I need to protect from rabbits, ets is STILL on hold. My father, who agreed to be on hand at my house (since I have to work) has to shuffle his schedule over and over because of the delays. Dealing with Accurate Fence has been very Frustrating and disappointing. I've had no sense of them taking responsibility for the delay, or offering any alternatives to this situation. All I'm told is "we're waiting on the maufacturer...nothing we can do". Now I know why they demanded a downpayment. REALLY regret this decision. Do yourself a favor - DON'T use Accurate Fence for any fencing projects. They don't care about their customers.

My neighbor and I are both happy with our shadowbox fence. Accurate worked with me to arrange times for meetings and kindly came out twice to discuss the project. They also communicated with both families to be sure that there was time to secure pets before the old fence was taken down. I had one small complaint about the way the corner of the fence looked and they responded right away to fix it. These are nice folks who are good listeners and hard workers.

Everything went exactly as promised. Jesus & partner arrived at 10 am and were finished with installation and clean-up by 6 PM. We are very pleased with Accurate Fence from estimate to completion.

I had about 300 ft of black chain-link fence installed by these guys and it looks great. However, I also had them hang two wood gates off 4x4 posts of my deck, latching onto brick walls, in order to close the back yard in. They constructed the gates on site, and the problem is that they are so heavy that the gates sag really bad, so much so that my wife can't even open them. We called them to explain our problem and after a couple of weeks they finally got back to us and said they were aware the gates would be too heavy and likely sag. They offered to sell us two lighter aluminum gates for another $500. I felt like this was pretty shady on their part. Why didn't they explain this to us before they build and installed the gates? Either they don't understand the product they're selling or they conduct unethical business practices. Either way, I have to say look elsewhere for fencing service. I don't want to play the part of the unduely disgruntled customer here, but I really felt like we got a raw deal from Accurate Fence. UPDATE: They called and came out the day after I posted this review (coincidence?) and I have to say they did a great job modifying the gates. I wish I could recall the guy's name that did the work. He was great.

We used Accurate Fence fifteen years ago in our other house and again recently. They were two different types of fences but both times the product and the service was wonderful. Jeff and Mike were great to work with and very professional and the price beat everyone! I would recommend this company to anyone.

There was some difficulty in getting the fence installation properly started, but once our installer Jeromie got involved, the whole fence went up in one day without further ado. He saw to all the details and gave us a fence we could be proud of. Thanks, Jeromie!

Accurate Fence installed 121 feet of complicated lattice top fence for me. It was complicated because the land was sloped and the design required that every piece be cut to fit on assembly. I watched the entire installation and Jeromie and his crew were very professional. They did everything according to the contract which stipulated a number of personal requirements I had included and when circumstances didn't allow us to execute the original plan exactly, we were able to develop alternatives on the spot that satisfied me. All the cuts were excellent so the fit was perfect. I selected Accurate Fence because they worked with me and were more flexible on the design than any of their competitors that provided estimates. The support staff at Accurate Fence was also very helpful and professional.
