Was really hard to get to the end of the project. Everyone was helpful till you book the job. Had issues with the team showing up on time and what was actually done. Their excuse, that I was not there when they arrived!

Most impressed with Gray Contracting for our new roof. Of all the folks we interviewed, Michael of Gray Contracting, was very impressive in his thoroughness and confidence. We found that they came when they said they would come & did what they said they would do. 98% of all phone calls were returned promptly, supervisor there to inspect daily, clean up was very satisfactory. We would be glad to recommend them for their expertise, follow through and pricing.

I can't say enough about Michael Anthony and the Gray Contracting crew that installed a new roof on our home. Michael is a true professional dedicated to providing quality workmanship and a happy satisfied customer. It is rare for us to be totally pleased with the outcome of such a project but Michael and Gray Contracting provided a VERY positive outcome. They were competitively priced, prompt, courteous, professional, honest, and left the worksite in tip top shape. I would definitely hire this company again!!!

Our company has worked in real estate for many years and we have dealt with many contractors. I could not ask for a better Contracting company. Everyone from the employees out on the job site to the office staff are friendly, efficient and professional to work with. Service and performance are A+

We have had a record amount of rainfall and Gray Contracting handled our roof leak emergency in a very professional and QUICK manner. I spoke with the owner, Billy Gray, personally and he immediately sent a crew to handle the initial tarping of the roof at 9PM IN THE RAIN until the leak could be repaired fully. We are so thankful we found Gray Contracting.

I was denied on my insurance claim the first time around. I contacted Gray Contracting to meet my insurance for a second look and they worked with them to get everything covered. They handled everything wonderfully and my roof was put on quickly. It looks fantastic! They made my huge problem absolutely easy to deal with. Will definitely recommend to everyone!

I don't know what happened to the people who previously reviewed Gray Contracting, but my experience was the complete opposite. They were early to work, late to leave, and very clean and friendly in between (not to mention the price was stellar). Maybe they have gotten new management, i don't know, but Michael was onsite daily for quality control and my final product is breathtaking! I will absolutely use Gray Contracting again in the future.

My wife and I couldn't be happier with the level of service and quality of work we received from both Michael and the roofing crew at Gray Contracting. I used to put on roofs back in my hay days so when it came time to hire someone to do my own roof, I was very picky. No regrets here.

Had them do my roof. They came up with a contract that said they would replace felt. After they were half done, I saw they just roofed over old felt. When I pointed this out, they said it was the new felt (clearly a lie). I also found that they did not redeck areas of the roof that they said they would. Finally, it was clear the crew was unskilled day laborers (the kind that hang out by Home Depot) as the quality of what they did do was poor. The new roof leaked at the very next rainstorm.

I work in real estate, also a service industry. On two separate occasions we requested the services of Billy Gray Contracting and each time they successfully neglected to reply in a timely manner. Once our calls were returned, we were told their sub-contractors would be calling to schedule - NEVER HEARD FROM THEM! Wonder if their sub-contractors truly exist or, is this the polite way of saying "We're not interested in doing business with you"?
