I had a A/C unit that failed and was repaired by Assured Comfort, but didn't require a "part" being replaced. For that reason the manufacturer declined warranty coverage on it and so I had to pay a large bill due to the failure. Being the excellent and professional company that Assured Comfort is, they refunded me a good amount of that bill as they desire to honestly care for their customers, even though the manufacturer didn't hold up their end of the deal and honor the unit's warranty. When our air conditioner went out, we called Assured Comfort. This was our first time using the company and it will not be our last! Vanessa was a very friendly and helpful. Lane showed up on time and was very pleasant and knowledgable. He even gave us some helpful tips on what we can do on our own next time before we called. He was an expert both technically and in service!

I have been a customer of Assured Comfort Heating & Air for over 8 years, for my former home and now present. I have always received quality workmanship, great products, same day appointments and most of all wonderful customer service, they even put plastic covers over their shoes ;-). I appreciate how they email photos of the service techs. Of course, I already know them all anyway, but for new customers it is comforting to know who will show up at your door. Last night our fan would not shut off, so we turned the system off completely. I called Assured this morning and they sent David Yeager out. I had already met him on a previous maintenance visit, so I knew that he was a qualified tech. In no time he found the problem -a bad electrical wire from the thermostat to the system! We've always used Assured in the past with no problems. But when our AC went out two years ago, we were quoted a great price with another company in Atlanta and decided to try the other company. BIG MISTAKE! The other company installed wrong (heat came out instead of air ...in June). Compressor went out a month later. Lots of other things. We'll never make that mistake again. When our upstairs HVAC failed, we immediately called Assured. Ian came out and quoted us a great price with lots of extras. Steve came to install on time and with a smile. We couldn't be happier with the value and the service! Save yourself some heartburn and just use Assured. Best in the biz.

WE have had assured comfort out for our home and business units for maintenance and I wanted to brag about how professional the company is ..especially Mike Z! He is always calls ahead,is on time and is very knowledgeable.Class ACT! I must mention Mike as well because he was very helpful on the phone. When you call the office , you are always greeted with a smile on the other end.

In this day and age, it is hard to come by a great company to do business with and walk away satisfied with the service rendered. I have been using Assured Comfort for years and will continue to do so.

We were having problems with a moldy smell in our basement. David went above and beyond to help us solve the issue with multiple visits and phone calls to check in and make sure we were satisfied after the equipment was installed. I would recommend this company to anyone with heating and air issues.

Out of all the companies we called, this was the only one that explained what was going on with our unit, why it was happening, and what they would replace and why. Other companies skimmed the top with their explanations. The team member that came to our house, Mike Ritchey, was courteous and respectful. Well worth our money.

My ac stopped working, i called assured for a diagnosis for $59. Tech told me i was out of frion, refill is $89 per lbs and my system is 7lbs. But there might be a leak. So therefore the tech recommended a whole new system for $3700. I paid his his $59 and asked him to leave. Instead of repairing a leak he recommended replacing, because of this i would not recommend this company. Replacing is easier and yields more profit but finding a leak is hard work. I went elsewhere.

Company finally refund me my money. I tried working with this company but after three visits and $312 plus $149 for maintenance service still my Zoning system is a mess. This company left me with continuous heat or no heat. I ask for..

I ask for a refund and the Tech would like to come back out to CHANGE OUT MY ZONING BOARD PLUS CHARGE ME AN ADDITIONAL $750.00. This is a rip off. This is just not acceptable. Initially I told the techs who came out that I was told that my zoning board is bad. On two separate occasion the techs tested the board and told me the board is working fine, now all of a sudden when the problem still exist and seems to be getting worse, I am now been told , oh well the board is bad. I think I have given this company enough opportunity to fix this issue and I just cant trust your evaluation any more.

Assured Comfort is committed to making every situation right. In this situation we worked to solve the problem the most cost efficient approach initially. It is our policy to credit work paid for towards additional work if the first work proves unsuccessful. We are working diligently to get this corrected.
Our heat went out yesterday (outside temp 9 degrees and 50 degrees inside) and Ian Eldridge with Assured Comfort was out in no time to troubleshoot the problem. Unfortunately our furnace will need to be replaced but they provided space heaters to help get us through the night and are installing the new furnace this morning. They made it affordable even though we've been having trouble with finances lately. Thank you Ian for helping our family stay safe and warm.

By upgrading your heating and air conditioning system to an Energy Star rated system, you could qualify to get a tax credit of 30% of the purchase price with a $1,500 cap.
New insulation also qualifies for the 30% tax credit up to $1,500. Have your ducts professionally sealed. (Estimated annual savings $166 - Lifetime savings $2,490.) Replace your thermostat with a programmable Energy Star model. (Estimated annual savings $83 - Lifetime savings $1,245)
