I use Zone for pest control. They are extremely responsive to phone calls and Frank is a great technician. He is friendly and sends you a text reminder regarding service. The bugs in my home are also now gone!

I had a terrific experience with this company. Ben Rivera was very focused, accommodating and hustled to get my business. I needed a quick turn time for a Termite Inspection Report and Pest Control Servicing for a Refi on a tight timeline. Called zone when the heat went out in a rental house of mine. my regular tech was swamped and i was trying to find some one who could come sooner. called Zone and they agreed to come and actually thought their customer service was great. Was told about the 75 service fee . they arrived and replaced the ignitor and quoted me $265 which seemed high for a $10 (yes !! a $10 part !!) have had these replaced before and paid $175 last year . But, when you are desperate they know it !! They sent me the bil land had added another $75 for base fee so almost $350 for a - may I say again- a $10 part !! what a RIP OFF !!! to amke it worse ie is now 4 days later and the heat went off again !! not sure what they did but will sonne have to pay again !! but not to Zone !! BTW, I have owned many rentals for over 30 years so am well aware of a gross rip off person !! They may be at the top of my list now !! Stay away !! am wondering how they got so may stars !!

This company provides great customer service and they know what they are doing. I have had my old air conditioning and heating system serviced by them and then I used them when purchasing a new one. They always provide prompt and courteous service and I am more than pleased with the new system they installed. The installation was completed in one day and I Love it.

Our 18 year old AC was working hard to cool the house. Zone Home Solutions has taken great care of our pest control needs for twenty years, so we felt confident choosing them for a consult. Rather than pushing for a sale, they told us that the HVAC still had some life in it. We elected to replace it for the sake of efficiency. The entire process, from diagnosis, to installation was a breeze. Literally. Our house is much more comfortable and our daily electric usage has dropped from $17/day to $6/day. Jason, Keith, and the installers were all polite and professional. They've contacted us to follow up and make sure everything was working well. Happy to say, everything is very cool. Couldn't be happier.

Wayne Scoggins and the rest of the Zone team did a fantastic job on a large front door and siding replacement project at our home in Brookhaven. He was responsive, dependable and attentive to every detail. Unlike virtually every other contractor we have ever used, the result from Zone exceeded are very lofty expectations, both in terms of service quality and delivery. We will use them again on our next home. Go Zone!

We have experienced multiple heat and air companies. One bad experience after another. A bunch of parts salesmen. Found something wrong every year. Have used Zone for pest control, for which the are outstanding we found out Zone was doing heat and air. Wow, just as outstanding as the pest control. These guys go far beyond anything we have ever experienced before. They even clean our entire outside unit and coils every year. We are so thankful Zone now does heating and air. If your looking for an ethical and trust worthy company that does a job you would be proud of, give them a chance.

Thanks Aaron L. for contacting us to schedule our annual termite inspection. You were able to scheduled and conduct the inspection within 24 hours. Who knew Zone also handles wildlife relocation, painting, HVAC, roofing, electrical and so much more. WOW

Excellent service, every time! We have used their quarterly pest control for years with excellent service and no problems. We have also had an exclusion done for squirrels in the attic. Most importantly, we had a leak in our roof a couple years ago due to an accidental moving of the flashing during the exclusion. They came out immediately and repaired the roof and replaced all the drywall, carpet in the room and repainted within days. All with excellent service. I never had to call them to hunt them down, they called me! We had another small, slow leak in the same area recently, after 2 years. They, again, came out immediately, re-did the roof adding flashing and have already scheduled to repair the drywall. They are always pleasant, responsive and never hesitant about making a repair. We are in the process of selling our home and I was very stressed. They assured me throughout the process that I need not worry, they would take care of it. And they did! They take pride in their work, hard to find these days!

They replaced our HVAC and were absolutely awesome! Had some issues and Jason came out on NYE to make it right, no problems since! We also had to replace a shed and I'm pretty sure it will still be there after everything else is gone! They are VERY responsive and will follow-up as many times as needed to get it the way YOU want it. They are flexible and just really good guys. I recommend them to everyone I know!
