Blake was super courteous on a sink and toilet install. He was really helpful and went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy with the work. This is not the first time we have used Atlantis. We are always happy with the service and highly recommend Blake.

All around fantastic experience. I have utilized so many different plumbers throughout the years and none of which I would use again; however, Atlantis will have my business from here on out and will be highly recommended to all my friends, family, and clients. Prices are very fair. Jackie and Barry did some extensive work for my client (two full days) and their meticulous work, expertise, and pride in doing a job well-done was clearly reflected. They truly went above and beyond and took care of items that weren't even on the punch-list. Very friendly and professional. I couldn't be happier.

Blake Marshall that came out gave excellent service. He was fair on the price. Told me how much it would be and did an excellent job in replacing two tub and show fixtures. Plus installed a new sink and fixture. He had to work extra hard to remove the old sink which has formica counter tops but did not damage the old formica I would recommend him highly. He was pleasant to talk with and understood exactly what we need. He even cleaned up after.

Blake did an amazing job on my plumbing job. I had an old led pipe that needed to be pulled out. It was broke and leaking down into the kitchen. Not an easy job in a tight spot like a condo. He could have patched up the broken led pipe, but he wanted to do the job right. You don't find many professionals like that anymore. You don't want to cut corners with plumbing. I can sleep at night knowing the plumbing work was done correctly. Blake also was very good at explaining every detail of what he was doing and why he was doing it, and teaching you along the way. A++

Tuesday before Thanksgiving holiday we discovered leak in water main to house. Brian from Atlantis was there within 2 hours and didn't waste anytime locating the leak and implementing a fix. He was efficient, knowledgeable and personable. We weren't in a great position to negotiate but felt he treated us fairly and had everything wrapped up with water service restored within a few hours. Would definitely recommend Atlantis based on our interaction with Brian and their office / dispatcher. As positive an experience as we could've hoped for, given the circumstances. Thank you.

We had an emergency with our indoor plumbing, we called Atlantis at 3:50 PM, they send a technician within 1.5 hours. Hi name is Tim. He had to drive long distance, got involved with storm and traffic, notified us that he will be a few minutes late. He was here around 5:15PM, looked the the problem, give us a quick diagnosis, done a professional job, fair pricing with one year warranty.

Tim & Josh came on short notice on a Saturday to look for a mysterious leak. They were extremely methodical & were able to identify the source of issues without spending a lot of money diagnosing. They worked on 2 toilets, the regulator, & the water heater. They were quick and professional. If you see them roll up, you're in good hands.

Jeff came out on a Sunday to clear a clog in my sewer line. He was persistent and eventually got the line flowing -- buying me some time until we can get a repair done. Thanks!

Jason spent his afternoon giving us an estimate for our house to re-plumb most of the external pipes. Not only was he honest and limited the job to *only* 1/4th of the piping (there was nothing wrong with the rest of the pipes!), but he told us that removing the tree and roots was unnecessary, saving us well over $1,000.00 in total. He spent an hour putting a camera in our pipes for free to make sure that he limited the job to only what we *had* to do. No up-charging for a bigger job than what was needed. I truly appreciate this company and Jason's expertise. Finally a trustworthy source for your plumbing needs!!

Jeremy rerouted an old sink drain after it became filled with disposal refuse. The drain was brought up to current standards and the repair simplified the system. We have used Atlantis before and they are easy to work with.

Jason and Bobby pursued the root cause of my sewer backup when previous plumbers would not, and found I was on a septic tank instead of a sewer. The boss, Wayne, warned of all the possible complications of 14+ years with no maintenance. They set my system to right for an excellent price, and when no complications arose they didn't try to introduce any extra costs. Every step of the way Atlantis checked and doublechecked that the right action was being taken to resolve my problem. They never acted rashly on assumptions. Even though it took a few days to complete the work due to heavy rain, they made sure I could use my system as normal while the work was being done. Atlantis was amazing and will be my first choice for my plumbing needs.

After my pipes froze, I had a difficult time finding a plumber. All the other plumbers were booked with customers with similar problems. Atlantis Plumbing was able to come out next day. While I appreciate their prompt availability, the repair work was sub-par. The "plumber" identified and repaired three leaks. It was easy to find those three leaks because the drywall had busted out where the pipes broke. He failed to find an additional leak, which I found shortly after he left. It would have been nice to have a plumber with the proper tools/technology to detect hidden leaks. The invoice was not very detailed. I was given a price without an explanation as to how it was derived. Being in a middle of an emergency, I didn't argue much.

I hate to hear customers giving such bad feed back when many of the services companies in town have worked so hard to try to restore water to as many customers as possible. In the last two weeks me and my plumbers have been averaging over 80 hours a week trying to fix frozen pipes. Houses in GA were not designed to withstand such cold temps and many customers were negligent to try to protect their plumbing. The temperatures by some accounts were at 20 yr record lows. I have averaged only a few hours a sleep a night as we received endless amounts of flooding houses. One day last week we received over 4000 phone calls in one day, almost all no water or flooding houses due to frozen pipes. In terms of my business model, that means overloading the system, the office girls almost walked out on me. Our trucks were low on material, the wholesalers were sold out of repair material, home depots plumbing shelves were empty and we had waiting lists of over 100 customers at some points. Every plumber in town was busy. Finding leaks on every house was not easy as some houses had ice plugs in the line with fixtures not working. It would have been nice if I could have shipped in 200 more plumbers from Florida for two weeks to help with the extra work, but unfortunately that was not possible. When all my plumbers are trying their best to move quickly and restore water to our regular customers, elderly, schools, restaurants and even some of the guys owns homes,.......I do not like how people still have almost no appreciation. I am sick from working in wet clothes for twelve hours a day, 2 of our plumbers have pneumonia. If there was an additional leak at your home that we did not see, did you call back and report it to the office? If we did something wrong, call me and I will try to make it right. I am doing my best to catch 100 times the call volume of a normal day. We are now 3 weeks away from the first heavy freeze and still customers are calling with no water and freeze damaged pipes. If you have any questions, please call and talk. Thanks, Mike Whitman 678-634-3775
