Jackie and Barry came out to give me a qoute. I enjoyed discussing the options with them and learning about the company they work for. I got the distinct impression they truly believed in their work and company which I think is a good sign of quality. When they returned to do the work they were very fast, clean, and efficient. The craftsmanship of the installation is top notch. Piping was run neatly and out of the way where possible. They even replaced some older PVC supply lines when they worked near them just to make sure everything was done right. I'd recommend them very highly.
Replaced old water heater and added a recirculating pump.

After seeing the stellar reviews here, I made an appointment for a quote to replace the polybutylene pipes in a large commercial building I own. Robert met me on July 17th to look over everything. He was very professional and seemed knowledgeable about what he was looking at. He said he had everything he needed and would have a quote for me by the next day. After not hearing anything for 2 days, I contacted him again. He told me they would need to come back to the property again in order to come up with a quote. I was fine with this and made another appointment for Friday, the 21st. After driving an hour from my home to the building (again), Robert called at the time of the appointment and said another employee's wife was having a baby and he couldn't make it. He said they really didn't need to come out again anyway (although I had just taken ANOTHER day off work and traveled to the building) and would have a quote by the next morning. After hearing nothing for three days, I contacted him again. He said he just needed one more piece of info and would send me the quote by the next day. That was a week ago now....I believe they completely blew me off and wasted a LOT of my time for what would have been a very lucrative job. I have since contacted another plumber who came out and quoted the job on the spot. I am so shocked by this experience after seeing all the great reviews for Atlantis...I was planning on using them for residential work as well. - R. Orr

Sorry for the inconvenience. We have been very busy with service and only have a few crews to do commercial tenant space remodels. Robert and the office dropped the ball on preparing your estimate. I am sorry for how they handled your call. Better to call the office if you have a question or need a quote finished. Thanks, Mike
Short and to the point - I found some water in my basement and early Sunday morning, Tim Robinson came to our home, inspected the problem and quickly helped us with a resolution. Apparently, our renovation company failed to properly install a downspout which caused water to run down the side of the foundation and then eventually seep through the concrete. It's pretty impressive how quickly Tim was able to point out the exact cause of the problem and then explain in detail what needed to be done. After everything was checked and written assessment was provided to me in order to motivate the renovation company to fix their mistake, Atlantis Plumbing didn't even charge me for the visit! Who does that on a Sunday? Atlantis Plumbing is now my go-to plumber for any problems down the road.

Butch and his team arrived when they said they would and got right to work. They were courteous and respectful. They took time to explain the problem and the best way to resolve it. They completed the job quickly and were careful to leave as little footprint as they could. I highly recommend Butch and his team from Atlantis.

Upon arriving home late Friday evening my sewage pump alarm our basement bathroom just went off. After checking again by running some water in the bathtub, I realized I needed another sewage pump. I've had to replace 2 pumps since 2003. Worse yet, our home is getting inspected Tuesday for an impending sale. I emailed 3 top rated plumbers on Kudzu last late Friday and started making calls Saturday morning. Mike at Atlantis Plumbing quoted answered my call at 8 AM nd quoted me 2 prices for pumps of varying qualities. I elected to go with a Stevens pump with an 8 year warranty. Tim Robinson arrived at my house at 3:15 Saturday afternoon joined by his son who assists him. Replacing or repairing sewage pumps can be a messy job. Tim initially attempted to repair my pump to save me some money. After confirming that the old pump would not come back to life, Tim outfitted the replacement pump. He needed to make some adjustmentsbecause the dimensions were slighlty different but he assured it was not a problem. He got the new pump in, had me test the new pump and the alarm and we're good to go. Tim and his son know there stuff. They also asked me several times if I was happy with everything. I will use them again for any future plumbing needs.

My third time using Atlantis Plumbing, because they are the best! This time a leaking water heater. Cy arrived at my home and he was professional, courteous and knowledgeable of the problem. Cy quickly evaluated the water heater situation along with a pressure reducing valve problem. Within a few hours, Cy had professionally replaced everything that was broken, with all brand new! Another great job by Atlantis Plumbing! Thanks Cy and Atlantis Plumbing.

After discovering a sewer smell and damp spot on my foundation wall, I called Atlantis to come out on a Thursday morning and take a look. Herman arrived with his helper about 45 minutes later and sent a camera down our sewer line. He verified one leak, and what he felt may have been another. He suggested cutting through the slab and replacing both broken parts. While ultimately we wound up going with another company for the repair job, I feel that Herman's efforts and professionalism warranted a positive review, and I believe that Atlantis provided an appropriate value for the money. My experience was pretty positive, and I would call them again for plumbing work if the need arose.

I woke up to find that I didn't have any water. I checked outside and found out why. It was all coming out of the ground running into the street. I called Atlantis, and they showed up on time and quickly fixed it. The coupling broke which caused the pipes to come undone. I was very happy with the work and the price. Definitely will use them again. Highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

Everyone eventually needs a plumber. And when you do, it's generally not at a good time. For us, we did not have a disaster, but Atlantis Plumbing was able to resolve a huge frustration. We had new granite countertops installed a few months ago along with a new sink. At the same time, we replaced the faucet and the plumbing under the sink. To make a long story short, the plumber (not from Atlantis) that installed the new sink was not the best. After a few weeks, the water pressure almost disappeared. The plumber convinced us the problem was with the faucet, which we replaced and paid (again) to have installed. The pressure did not improve so we called Atlantis. While it took a couple of visits to diagnose the problem, Atlantis figured it out and replaced a couple of minor parts and we have water pressure again. Never will I call anyone else for plumbing issues.

My in-laws were in town and we were running the dishwasher to prepare for dinner and I heard dripping coming from the kitchen. I went in to find water spraying out of the sink drain and pouring over the edge onto the floor, I called atlantis plumbing and they sent a guy out right away who diagnosed and fixed the problem in about an hour.

We were fixing up an old house that had been in the family for years but in much need of repair. We had Atlantis Plumbing come out to fix the plumbing. They converted our 70 year old house over so we could use modern necessities such as a washer and dishwasher! The work was well done and they were nice to deal with. We will use them on our next house for sure.
