Installed 2 top-of-the-line (expensive) dual-fuel heat pumps a couple of years ago. Great communication up until they did the work. Left some mess and some final things unfinished, literally took months of not returning my calls before they finally came and finished. Even called them to service my units the next year, they never called back. Now after two years, a reputable contractor advises several fixes are needed. I can't say they are Wood Brothers' fault, but I didn't expect to need repairs after two years, and given their poor follow-up and communication, I would be wary.

I called Wood Brothers to check out my mother's furnace which had stopped working. A service man was there within 2 hours and made the repair for the minimum service fee. We are very satisfied and will use them again.

I called WBM when my furnace would not work. They promptly sent Nick to handle the call. He quickly analyzed the problem, bought & installed the defective part & passed along advice on how to better maintain the system. Good Ol-fashion svc. Thanks Tom C

It was Friday afternoon when I realized my downstairs air wasn't working. I called the guy I previously used to find he was out of business and Wood Brothers had taken over. I didn't know anything about them and I was skeptical. They had someone at my house in about an hour. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and called me to explain everything. I fully expected to be told I needed a new unit and possibly be ripped off. He said I didn't need one. I greatly appreciated his honesty. Everything is working fine and I will definitely use them again when the need arises. Thank you for saving me alot of money!

I had an emergency with my air conditioning unit, and they came out right away to help. There were no techs available, so the owner (Greg) came out himself. He was very kind to come out and work on my outside unit in the dark until about 11:00 PM so that I would not have to suffer through the heat. Very courteous, professional, and knowledgable -- I highly recommend Wood Brothers!

Saturday around 3pm we discovered the AC in our home was out (mid-heat wave late July '06). We check Kudzu and called Wood Brothers who had a man on-site within 2 hours. He fixed the problem - birthday party went as planned. I have switched my on-going maintenance for AC/Furnace to Wood Bros. Spectacular customer service and expertise...tryed them randomly and was won over.
