Called AM/PM to come out and diagnose a leak i was experiencing from my toilet. They charged me a $75 diagnostic fee to flush my toilet and tell me it was the wax ring. I had already replaced the wax ring twice, prior to calling them. But he insisted this was the problem with out removing the toilet. Long story short, it was not the wax ring it was the flange. It was discovered after having to call another company out to repair the leak. Please do not use this company, straight rip off no refund issued or apology and incompetent !!!!

We spoke with AM/PM Plumbing prior to the job via phone and quoted a price of $200-$500 for a gas line from the basement to the kitchen island for a gas cooktop. When the appointment was made, we were scheduled for 10AM. At 10:45AM we called and were told we were not the first appointment, and they would not arrive till noon. The job took much longer than estimated. At the end of the appointment, we were required to sign the invoice however was not given a price. When asked, we were told the office would figure the final cost however as it was 4:30PM and nobody was available. The next day when we did not hear back, we called the office. We were given a price of $700.00. While we advised that this was well over the quote, she told us the materials were over $200.00 alone. When our installer arrived for the cooktop, he advised us that the gas connection was smaller than standard and we had to run to a hardware store to find adaptors for the fittings installed by AM/PM Plumbing. I am very disappointed with the service and pricing by this company. They were late for the appointment and their service personnel were unable to quote a price. If the price was greater than the quote, it should have been their responsibility to advise us before the job was started. The fittings installed were also not a standard size.

I bought the deal for the 'complete home drain inspection' for $199. The technician late and in a hurry to get in/out. He asked me where the clogged drain was and I told him I did not have a clog I had an issue with our kitchen sink not draining and backing up into the dishwasher. He said that the deal only covers 'above the floor' plumbing and since the pipes for the dishwasher are under the floor they won't look at it. I pushed back a little and he told me to run the dishwasher on rinse but he did not do ANYTHING to further investigate. He said I should probably run some real hot water and bleach through the sink to fix the issue. He used a plunger on our kitchen/bath drain and pulled hair out of the tub drain wiht pliers. I could have done all that for FREE MYSELF instead of $199. Def not good deal at all. The guys was nice enough but the overall expectations of the deal were way underwhelming. I felt defeated and duped after but did not call and complain because I just was too tired and too irritated to do anything about it but when I saw this deal advertised again today I felt I had a DUTY TO WARN folks. Skip the deal and buy some draino and pliers for better results.

am/pm plumbing came out to my home in Suwanee, GA for a whole house drain clean special through Kudzu. The serviceman, James, was very thorough and professional, and showed up on time within the 1 hour window appointment. Our sinks drain very well now.
