Our AC unit had sprung a leak (or so I thought). It flooded our small room where the unit is. We called Triple M. We had used them before and were very satisfied. Martin came within 30 min. I had thought that maybe the pump had stopped working that pumps out the condensation. I also had it pulled out and was checking it outside when he arrived. I plugged it in and it was working. So He went in and did some trouble shooting. He could not find the source. And since I had turned the unit off when I first saw it, he said the coil could have iced over. And then thawed causing the flood. He told me to run the unit again and if it leaked again to call him. But don't turn it off. He would not charge me anything. (Amazed). Well it flooded again. I called him back(it was now after 9pm. He came right over. We finally discovered that the pump was only working once in a while and was now overflowing. He said he did not have one in his truck but I could get one at Home Depot. If he got one he would have to mark it up and charge me labor. So I did. And once again would not take any money for his time. Unbelievable!!! He won my business forever!

Our furnace had broken down. Another company had given us a quote of $1200 to fix it. We called Triple M to get a second opinion. Martin was there the next morning. He was on time, professional, and very helpful. Only one of the things the other company said needed fixing actually needed it. The total cost was less than half of the original quote and everything works perfectly. Thank you Martin! You'll get our call if we need heating & air help in the future! Vikki Long

They were 3hrs late, poor communicators, and pricey. They seem cheaper up front but save yourself the hassle. I really regretted wasting my time with them, but for now at least my AC works.

I had an awesome experience from the receptionist to the service man. I was very nervous about the quality of work and prices, being a single lady, but by far...of all the companies I corresponded with...Triple M far exceeded my expectation on customer service, quality of work, as well as time management to complete the service!

I manage a few properties and have had some bad experiences with AC / Heat repair. (I have written 3 reviews for home repair, all for mechanical contractors and this is the first positive one!) Martin showed up on time and was very professional. He quickly found the reason the system wasn't running and also checked the entire system. (Which was great because just getting it running wouldn't have worked since it was low on Freon too.) I will be using Triple M / Martin again in the future. I felt that I paid a fair price for great quality work. FYI...Work was performed April 2011.

Triple M, has done a great job of maintaining my heat and AC systems. I am a landlord and having a quality HEAT and AC tech is critical to my business. GREAT JOB!!

My A/C unit was acting kind of funny and sometimes working and at other times just spitting out warm air. I have a friend that works in the industry and without looking at it assumed it needed a freon charge and a bunch of other stuff. It was too hot to wait and a friend of mine recommended Martin. Martin came out the same day ( I live in Douglasville) and fixed the problem for a ridiculously cheap price. Im sure if someone else had come out there they would have told me something else was wrong and charged me an arm and a leg. Martin cleaned my unit and did some small things and my unit was working great again. PS- I usually dont do reviews but I thought it was worth writing about the great service I received.

I have used Triple M Heating and Air for about 4 years, and I must say they are the best company that I have ever dealt with. I have a number of rental houses that I manage, and when it comes to having the heat and air units maintained and emergency repair to the system, I wouldn't trust anybody but Martin to do the service. As I travel a lot, I place a lot of trust in Martin and Co. of Triple M to repair all my HVAC units correctly. I own 3 rentals (4 HVAC units) and service all my units every 6 Months with Triple M. In approximately 4 years of service, Triple M has never failed me. Martin has gone to bat against HVAC manufacturers that claimed my units were out-of-warranty and won. In one instance he even requested my settlement statement to prove to the manufacturer that the unit was still under warranty - this was after 2-3 days of communication with the manufacturer. Each service, I have watched Martin literally take apart my HVAC units, inspect, clean and recommend pro-active and/or cost saving preventive work. His work is top-notch and he has always approached servicing my units from a cost-conscious perspective. In this time and age, it really has been a blessing to find such a top-notch, reliable, cost-effective and trustworthy contractor and company. Kudos to Martin for Triple M Heating and Air Conditioning.
I had Martin out to work on my AC unit when it went on the fritz. He supposedly repaired most of it, but let me know that without some addition work it would not be as effecient. Well, it did not work at all. When I called back, he was very arrogant and condescending. He lost a customer based on his tone of voice alone. Don't use this service if you want to be treated as a human being.
In the past 2 years we have used Triple M (Martin) to service and when necessary install new A/C units in our three business locations and two homes with great results. Prior to Martin, we had gone through multiple companies to manage our needs with mixed results at best. I would highly recommend Triple M and Martin for A/C work. He's very competent and very fare with pricing.

MARTIN was referred to me by a friend. He was fairly prompt on showing up. His work ethic and appearance seemed excellent. He quoted me $1500 for a coil on one of my 2 ton units and possibly $3500 for a coil and compressor on my other 2 ton unit(OLD R22 UNITS). When I balked at the price and started to tell him I would have to check if I had any house insurance or warranty to help with the price, he told me he was leaving. MARTIN came inside in front of my wife and said that I told him to leave. He charged me $150 and left with the AC not working. He also blamed me for it being broke because I made him leave. Who told him to leave????????? I took my business elsewhere.

This is the 4th time in about 5 years that Martin has come out to service our heat pump. Prompt, professional service every time. He doesn't seem to mind my constant questions and keeps me advised of his progress throughout the job. On top of all that, his rates are very good. When I hand him my C.C., I am very comfortable that I have gotten an excellent value. When I replace this P.O.S. heat pump in the spring, I will call Martin.

Strange experience with Trippl-M After reading the overwhelmingly positive reviews for tripple-M and Martin, and having him recommended to me by a friend of mine, I give him a call using the number posted here. I expected to get Martin, as the reviews here state, Instead I get some lady with a forgen accent who is obviously in a call center. After some initial confusion she scheduled me a 2:00-4:00 the next day (Saturday May 15th) with the "Technicion" This was very unlike what I expected. Saturday, remembering the awsome reviews for Martin about how prompt he is I decide to call the number on his site and make sure he knew someone was there and he could head over at his leasure. This time it was answered by Martin. I gave him my name and asked to confirm our 2-4, he seemed a bit confused as to my location and told me he would pull the work order and call me right back. At 3:30 I decided to call him back, no answer. I left a voicmail with name and contact number. At 4:30 I called again, no answer. I left another voicmail. I have yet to hear back from Martin, or anyone else with Tripple-M The friend that reccomended him to me suggests that I was outside his service area and that may be, But - Smyrna to Douglas County is not that far, and he could have simply called me back and told me that. I don't understand.
