I highly recommend Johns Creek Plumbing! I called Ivan when I needed a new water heater and again when I had a plumbing leak. He is quick to respond, prompt, and completely trustworthy. He and his son diligently diagnose the cause of a problem and repair it expertly. What's more, the price is very fair. You can rely on their excellent knowledge and service whenever you need it.

Ivan is my go to person for any plumbing needs. He has done work at my old home, new home and even at my office. He will be upfront about cost and is always honest, fair, reasonable. I can not say enough good things about him. He is the true deal, a business owner that takes pride in their work and stands behind it. If you need any thing plumbing he is definitely the one you need to call.

Contracted JCP to do a simple install of pedestal sink and fixture. In the installation of such drilled through the adjacent sheet rock in the laundry room which I had to repair and repaint as I didn't discover until after he left. Also, in the process of tightening the sink faucet water line connections he stripped off the oil rubbed bronze finishing - professional plumber should have know better to protect these part as he tightened them to avoid such outcome.

We are sorry for your bad experience, but we don't have any files with doing such a job.
This review is posted for a different company with the same name which is illegal.
My company would NEVER leave a customer with such a problem and will do anything
to make it right. If I'm wrong, please call the phone and after you prove me this with an invoice
or something else, I'll give you back all the money for the job. Fair enough?
I recently called Johns Creek plumbing to repair a damaged PVC pipe in my sprinkler irrigation system that was causing water to seep up from the ground in my front yard. Ivan arrived promptly and quickly assessed the damage and repaired the pipe at a reasonable price. Thank you Ivan for the great service! I will definitely call you again for my future plumbing needs.

I have use Ivan twice now. The first time was with a water leak in the house. He quickly determined that my PRV was not working. He quickly replaced it as well as some builder grade connections that he was not pleased with. Problem Solved. We just used him again to reconnect our new sink and faucet in the kitchen. I called him a few days before the counters were to be replaced (should have given him a heads up more than a few days) but he came out and reconnected the kitchen in time for dinner! Happy Wife...Happy Life!

My water heater went out on a Thursday night. After shutting off the water, I called a couple of plumbers, hoping for a call back in the morning. Ivan called that night, only about an hour after I'd left my message. He came by at 8:00 the next morning to drain the tank, and was back by mid-day to install a new one. I'd shopped prices on the internet so that I'd know what to expect, and his price was right in line with my expectations. I'm happy to have found a local plumber and will definitely call him for future needs.

I tend to support and prefer small businesses. I find that their service and prices are usually better. After getting several quotes for a new kitchen install, I felt that all of them were too high. I called Ivan and he quoted a price that I felt was fair which was also well below the other quotes. He came out on time and did a great job installing the sink. It's nice to know I have a reliable and trustworthy plumber for any future needs. I would highly recommend Ivan and his work.

I called another plumber 1st, and they sent someone out right away to look at my leaking sink. The guy looked at it and told me how difficult it would be to get to the part that needed to be replaced, and how the part was special and that he would need to go pick one up but would be back the next day to replace it. He quoted me a figure which seemed to be pretty high, so when he left I call John's Creek Plumbing. Ivan came by the next morning, fixed both of my leaking sinks, adjusted my water pressure, and made some other minor fixes that I had been putting off but decided to get taken care of given his fair pricing. The guy is hard working and just plain trust worthy. I will definitely use John's Creek Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs.

We had a leaking water spigot that was leaking back into the basement. Jose came out and handled everything in about 2 hours. We highly recommend this smaller plumbing company. Reasonable rates and personal service. If you are sick of the big boys, give these guys a try!!!

Problem with leaking disposal and P trap. Tried to fix myself. Gave up after considerable frustration and time. Simply couldn't get the leak to stop. Called Ivan on a Sunday. He called back within 5 minutes. Came out next day. Had disposal replaced and pipes replaced with 1 hr. Neat and clean. And pleasant! Will use again.

The drain pipe for the kitchen sink and the washer got clogged. The water from the washer filled up the kitchen sink. I could not use my kitchen sink, the washer and the dishwasher. I started calling plumber after plumber but they were all busy. Ivo from Johns Creek Plumbing responded immediately. He was very knowledgeable and competent. A few hours later everything was flowing back to normal. I will definitely use them again and recommended them to friends and neighbors.

We had a problem with blocked sinks and called three of the larger plumbing companies for estimates. None of them were very helpful, or offered any solution. Found Ivan through Kudza reviews. He came out looked things over, and told us what he would do. The job got much more complicated after Ivan was able to get into our plumbing lines. Ivan stayed with it until fixing the problem. Very pleased with the service. Ivan was very friendly, on time for his appointments, returned your calls in a timely matter, he explained what he was doing, and was very reasonable in his pricing. John's Creek Plumbing is now our go to Plumber.

I had a broken pipe at my house so I looked all over the internet to find somebody that could fix it that day itself. Everyone said that they would come in a couple of days. I stumbled upon this company's website when I was looking for local plumbers. The owner, Ivan Stoilov, came to my house on time to fix the broken pipe. He walked me through everything he was doing and he was friendly at the same time. He was so good, that I was not even going to use the coupon from his website but instead he told me about the coupon at the end of the job himself. Overall, this is a great company and you should have them look at your plumbing problems.
