All I have to say is that I will be back soon with my Mom because she doesn't trust car dealers and I know you will change how she feels. Imam my salesperson was wonderful! Financing took some time, but in the end it was worth all the care they took to make it good for me. Thank you so very much.

Last week I went to Findlay Toyota to trade in my old Corolla expecting the worst. Boy was I surprised. The people that work there on every level are so superior to what I've gone through in the past. They act like you are family and want to take care of you.Thanks for everything. Bonnie L

Those people at Findlay Toyota really have their stuff together!!! I'm so happy to finally have a dealership that doesn't put up a fight with every turn and seem to really try and help. Never before have I been this happy with a car deal! If my next car purchase is here in Las Vegas, you bet it will be at Findlay. Rob

It's true! John Barr WILL do anything to sell you a car! What they don't tell you is that he is also very nice, kind, and patient with your needs. It's easy to see that he truly cares about customers! I was really amazed and didn't expect him to be so personable. Thank you John, You made our car buying experience everything we thought before this was impossible' perfect! Our salesperson Mr. Anderson was also really knowledgeable and helpful. We would recommend Findlay Toyota to anyone! Thank you!

won't do a thing to sell you car, unless they are making a high profit from you. Salesman try to give you guilt trips too, lol. Very unprofessional. They market their business around UNLV, but they don't even care to make reasonable deals to their students.

they have a good inventory but our salesman was rude and cocky so at the end we went to Fletcher Jones Toyota where we got awesome customer service so we bought our vehicle there.We will never be back to Findlay.

Dear Findlay Toyota, I want you to know that I would recommend you to everyone I know because never have I been treated with so much respect and kindness in my life! I also love my new Tundra and cant believe how much time I was given to learn about how it worked! I give you guys an excellent rating for everything! From the moment I walked into the dealership at Findlay Toyota, I was treated like royalty. My salesman Jeff R was really nice and never tried to rush me into anything. He made sure that I understood everything about my new Tundra, and took me to the service department so I would know how to get things done later. The guy in the finance office was really patient and funny too.

Went to Carmax first, they tried to get me into a minivan with a 15% interest rate. Went to Findlay Toyota and they got me into a newer nicer vehicle with a 2.9% interest rate... and calling my credit "average" would be kind. SO happy with my experience; would definitely recommend. Talk to Toby!

Walked in to see advertised 2009 cars. High pressure salesman said none left. False advertising? Negociated for FIVE HOURS!, finally agreed on deal for 2010 car, but finance manager manipulated numbers in contract and tricked me into signing for $8,000 more than agreement with salesman. Then car gets recalled... LEMON! Management and owner not responding to my letters. I am an older lady (Elder abuse?) but I will continue to fight, will write to OBAMA if I have to.
