There are a few good words to describe my experience with Raneri & Long Window Company. Such words would be truthful, honest, forthright, caring, sincere, timely, a great value for the product, kind,friendly, good reputation,hard workers, skilled workers, a beautiful product, and christian. Dave took the time to give me the product that I wanted.I liked the job that was done on my windows so much that I immediately contracted them for new gutters... This was a job well done and I am very Happy with the results.I would highly recommend Raneri & long for windows, gutters and roofing. They are top rated because they provide top rated service... My home is beautiful and more valuable.....THANKS DAVE.

We had a new roof installed recently. We needed an insulated roof because of our open beam ceiling. Mike at Raneri with his team gave us a very competitive price and the installation was quick and clean. We needed all new windows on two units and again the team did a great job with installation. Lifetime warranty on the windows including labor was key. We had one defect and they were quick to change out the window. I have recommended Raneri several times now. Excellent service and extremely professional.

I've had two roofs repaired/replaced by R&L and both jobs were performed on-time and on-budget! One job removed deteriorating wooden shingles and provided 40 year asphalt shingles; the other was an overlay on a flat, built-up roof. Dave and his group of professional installers did exactly what I wanted, and what they said they would do. To me they are the best in the San Diego area!

Raneri and Long have replaced 15 roofs on my apartment buildings over the last couple of years and they have done a quality job, doing 4plexes in 2 days, never inconveniencing the tenants or requiring them to move out. They always leave a clean site and and a quality finished job. Dave and his staff are wonderful people to work with. They are honest, dependable, friendly, responsive and know what they are doing. They have done such a good job at the apartments that I have had them tile the roof of my own home as well as the roofs of my two daughters' homes.

Professional, friendly, courteous, excellent customer service and reasonably priced. We had a condo complex done by Raneri & Long last year. We had 6 bids from contractors before we decided on Dave. We are so pleased with their work! My sister in-law used them this year for her roof and loves them as well!

They just fininshed up a ten home re-roof project for us. They have great customer service and an awesome work ethic. They have the best warranty around and stand behind their work. Plus, everything looks beautiful!

Every step of our meeting, estimate, and install was an excellent experience. The professionalism and kindness of every employee we dealt with was exemplary. It took only one day for the install, and they cleaned the place so it felt like they were never there...with the exception of our new beautiful windows! Fantastic!!

Dave, his son Mike and their terrific crew recently completed an entire roof tear off on my 1920's craftsman. They were timely, clean, professional and fair. There was a slight hic-up with a piece roof construction...but they immediately took care of it without question. This is important, because character of a company is not seen when all goes well, but rather when there is adversity. They took full responsibility to ensure the job was completed to my satisfaction and the finished roof is beautiful!! I never fill these recommendations out, but Rainer deserved their fine craftsmanship and fair business practices memorialized. Thank you Rainer/Long for restoring my faith in business!

Dave is the owner and an honest businessperson. We just had Dave and his professional crew install our new Simonton windows. My house is so quiet now and my AC does not run as often. What a great company and one I can recommend without any reservation.
