We brought our cat to PALS the day before Thanksgiving. It was an incredibly hard time for us but Erin made it easier and was very kind and comforting. We brought him to PALS at 9:00 in the morning and Erin told us of the 7-day guarantee, so we knew we'd have him home soon. Well, she called us the very same afternoon to say we could come pick him up. Going that extra mile for a grieving family at the holidays is priceless. There were no extra fees for the rush service, and the cost for a private cremation was less than half of the cost for the same service through our vet clinic. The cedar chest they provide with a name tag is a beautiful commemoration. Thank you PALS, for making one...
I have used Az Pet Mortuary for more than 10yrs. I have never had a bad experience. I would recommend them to anyone.
Only Place to bring your pet
Fairwinds is the only place Iwill ever bring my pets for cremation. MAry is so wonderful and caring. She cleans up the pets so they look kine they are just asleep. She can pick them up or you can bring them in to her. She does only one pet at a time, which I found is not what is normally done even with a "private " cremation from the vet. Her viewing room is so comfortable and homey feeling. She has moved and is now in Phoenix. Check her web site and all the information is there. Cheryl
Losing a Beloved Pet
Losing Augie our 10-year-old Aussie was extremely difficult, but when L.J. picked him up from the hospital in the middle of the night, we knew he was in good hands. We brought him home the next day. The Cooper family is compassionate and caring and helps complete the "journey home" with dignity and a sense of closure for all of us. I highly recommend All Pets Crematory Service. It's good to know that someone really cares when you lose your best friend.
