best dog trainer in town!
Leah is the best dog trainer ever! We have been attending Leah's classes on and off for the last 5 years with dogs we have rescued or family pets and she has been awesome! Leah is very personable yet professional and strives for customer satisfaction. The first class I attended of Leah's with my 12 week old pitbull tank she worked a lot with us to get him walking on the leash properly, and learning his commands because he was a bit stubborn.During the 8 or 9 week class she came to my house multiple times to ensure Tank was getting the training he needed, I feel that Leah goes above and beyond for her students and is definitely a huge animal lover! I would highly recommend her to anyone

So grateful for you guys! Thank you so much for taking on our baby for your training program! It means so much to our family that you are doing this for us free of charge in recognition of Joshua's service in the Army. We would not trust our baby with anyone else! You are absolutely amazing! We can't wait to see the change Kallie goes through just before her first birthday! ♥ Tory Walker
Helped My Last Chance Dog
I needed to find help for my "behaviorally challenged" mixed breed rescue dog. Sophie was aggressive, and I could barely handle her. During our private lessons in our home (they come free as part of the service) the professional trainer addressed issues we were having, like barking and growling when anyone came to the door, aggression towards people and animals, dragging me anytime I put a leash on her, etc. When we first started taking classes with Sit Means Sit, she wore a muzzle to ensure her safety and the safety of others. I will saw immediate progress in just one class. Attending the group classes helped teach us practical skills way beyond just sit, stay and come, and provided a safe...
Amazing!. I can't believe that after just 1 lesson, our dog is finally not running away! We have worked with a few other dog trainers, and our golden retriever Butch had already mastered many of the "basics" except for running away! He would sometimes come before, if we had a treat, but he would almost always decide that running down the street was more fun. Now, after just a week, we have had Butch come back without a treat, even when he saw other dogs walking down the street! He's also still wagging his tail, I never had to yell!
The ONLY place to take your dogs!
10 years ago I rescued a dog that had severe separation anxiety and destroyed more of the house that I care to remember. After taking him to partners for their training program, he turned into one of the most confident dogs that I have ever owned. I have seen other methods of training (treat training) that wears off quickly. In the entire time that I had my dog, he never once lost any of the training that he received at Parters! I rescued another dog this past week, and I am planning on sending her to Partners at the end of May once she has all of her shots up to date.
