Always fast when I go in to make a deposit! Friendly service as well! I recommend this branch to anyone, and WAMU is a great bank!

I was able to finance my home with BoA. Thankfully they underbid the 'perfered' lender so I was able to use them and keep my benefits. I was a first time buyer on a VA loan and Chris did a great job of educating me on the entire process, communicated with the title company, with the unorgainzed builder, and always had time to answer all of my telephone calls and e-mails that I constantly sent in. This would have been perfect except she was not able to make the actual signing but I elected to go alone as she offered me to call her if I had any issues (which I did not) and I knew exactly what was going to happen. I have been going to this bank for over 8 years now. The customer service is exceptional. The tellers are always friendly and know many of their customers by name. It is like the banks of days gone by where the teller actually know who you are and address you by name when you go in enough times. They always go out of their way to make conversation and make the customer feel welcome. Even though I don't always agree with all the policies of Bank of America (or most other banks who charge many fees for lots of little things) I stay with this bank and this branch because it is always a pleasure doing business with them.

We have our mortgage and our savings account at Washington Mutual and are very please with the service and interest rates.
