I confronted him about his many negative online posts and after he explained we decided to move forward. Boy am I glad we did. Greg's Blind repair gave me a quote on the phone. They were here the next day, fixed the blind I called about and even improved the parts that weren't broken. Then, after asking about another blind - they fixed the 2nd one and also added improvements for a very reasonable price. They were on time and made sure the work was done correctly. I paid what I was told it would cost - no hidden fees. I will use them again and will recommend to my friends and neighbors.
