Demolition in Phoenix

I used Limited Access Inc to remove an extremely hard and difficult concrete slab in our master bath yesterday. Owner "Pat" arrived exactly on time at 7am and jackhammered for aprox 12 hours straight without ever leaving the house for a break. Though this demo was "very challenging" (an understatement), Pat never complained and always smiled when we spoke. I have hired many licensed contractors in my 57 years and rate Pat at the very top, a full step above all the rest.

After running over budget on a pool fill in and getting quotes that ran many thousands to finish, we procrastinated getting it finished until we decided we wanted to sel1! If I had known about Chickasaw I would have had this project done years ago. They scheduled our project right away, it was completed within one day and the price was reasonable! I highly recommend this company! Thanks Chickasaw!

Kyle at Dragon Demo, was courteous, prompt, efficient, and all that a person can be with great work ethics. I had my bathroom demolished, and when he was done it was refreshing to see what a great job he did. I live in a highrise condo, and even our front desk person commented on how refreshing it was to have a person show up on time and how thorough his clean up was. Personlly I could not even tell he was here, other than that our bathroom has nothing in it. We will continue to hire Dragon Demo for any future projects. Thanks sooo Much!!
