Very good communication. I asked for a 45 minute heads up call before the technician came so I didn't have to miss a whole day of work to get this taken care of. He was prompt and the pricing was good (I did check)

Mike came to do the SRP subsidized AC unit check up. He called before coming and arrived at the beginning of the 3 hr time slot I was given when I scheduled the checkup. Mike was very professional, efficient and considerate. He explained the units were working fine and recommended a couple of maintenance and preventative items to I could buy to prevent future problems. Very pleasant experience.

I had a much longer review written, but kudzu cut me off :) Long story short, they provided awesome service with no sales pressure, no attempt to put me into the wrong equipment like other places were trying to, and got me a new unit for much less than the other places were trying to charge me, and it was a better unit than the others were trying to sell. Amazing experience.

David just came out and diagnosed my system and promptly fixed my fan motor. He gets a really bad rap due to the fact that he has to work within the confines of the home warranty company. Also, ANY tech working with warranties, have a huge uphill battle considering they're starting out in a tough spot. I agree, he could communicate better up front, but once he finally called me (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday called, Wednesday he showed up) I couldn't have been happier. He was quick and fixed the problem. He could be friendlier, but then again, he's working with AC's and I don't know many really friendly trades personally. Thanks, David!

We were desperate for help after our ac unit went out on one of the hottest days of summer. My dad recommended Garys AC. What an amazing man...on last minutes notice he was at our house repairing our unit. Within minutes he had it back up running.
