I recently completed my first segment of fitness and nutritional guidance with Jason and rate him an A+. After only 4 weeks with Jason, I have some pretty solid & quantifiable results. His body is his best advertisement for his advocation - he is buff and sculpted. He is someone any person would want to emulate - physically & socially. Other than that, he is knowledgeable about his profession, ultra friendly, patient, considerate, and upbeat with an intimate and well-equipped studio. He makes me feel like I am his best client - maybe I am - ha, ha. Brenda has helped bring the motivation back that I needed to get back in to shape. It is hard work of coarse but she has a way of making you feel like you are not alone in the fight to get back into shape. She has offered many ideas on healthy eating as well and has introduced me to foods that help get me away from foods that I shouldn't eat. What she does works and I have seen the results from it. She's a great source of motivation and support!
