Great, Delicious Seafood
My neighbor received a coupon for this place in the mail the other day so we decided to check it out. Buy one entree and two drinks and get the second entree half price. We both got the fish 'n chips. It came with three pieces of fish with amazing flavor and great batter. Perfectly made. The batter was to die for and the fish was delicious. The tartar sauce was good, but not great. A bit too much mayo and kinda clumpy. Tasted well enough though. The fries were large, thick cut and VERY good. I believe they were baked, but not positive. Some of the best chips I have ever had. The price was a bit much, but not terrible. Service was good, portions were awesome. Taste was...
The sandwich artists are pleasant enough even during a rush. Sometimes they can be a bit cheap on the toppings.
Just fine for a quick bite
It's local, has friendly family staff, and the food is fine. Prices are okay. It's one of my regular stops.
Fresh has a lot of things going for it but Lou the pizza guy is my personal hero over there. Of everything on the menu their wood-oven pizza is the best in Santa Rosa.. and there is a LOT of pizza in Santa Rosa these days so that is not an easy competition. I would love to see more topping and choices added but in the meantime I'll keep ordering my margarita pizza and be quite happy.
Another Great Woodland CA Starbucks
Service is always great here. The bummer is I hear this store is closing!! Its a great store in a great location and shouldn't close! Always wish most Starbucks were a little larger and had more upholstered seating for the arthritic. This place may have as many as four comfy chairs! They do have WIFI as one expects at Starbucks. The Main Street store by Raleys does as well but I failed to mention when reviewed. Nice overhangs provide good outdoor sitting areas for good weather. One of my two favorites in Woodland. I rate Starbucks value as average because face it - Starbucks isn't cheap. But I love their lattes, Outrageous Cookies and Pecan Maple Scones.
