Fun, hands on museum. Best for younger kids- 8 and younger. The water area is really fun and they have a big bubble maker downstairs.

We LOVE the Tech Museum! All the exhibits are hands on and FUN. Even the gift shop has really cool take home experiments that are priced right. PLUS they have an IMAX theatre! Too fun!

The Cantor Art Museum, at Stanford University, is an excellent place to see historical pieces of art from different cultures around the world. You don't want to miss out on the Auguste Rodin Exhibit, inside and outside.

Coyote Point is a really nice place to visit when you want to see animals (they have a small "zoo"), want to be inside, or otherwise need to entertain...
