Apartments in El Sobrante

Feels more like our own condo than an apartment. Well managed, the terrific manager is on site, responsible and friendly maintenance staff, it all very clean and safe. Pool and exercise rooms are small but well maintained. We have been here over a year and like it alot. There is limited parking for visitors, and people can't just drop by as there are no buzzers on the buildings. This can be an advantage as the place is quiet and does not have alot of traffic in and out. Our friend call us beforehand and we have to go down to let them in, or toss them a key from our balcony and say "come on up!". No problem if they have a cell phone. I lived in the area for a year before I fould this location. It was at the top of my list because of the size. Other locations in the area were much smaller and/or had too many units. There is not much trafic and it is very easy to access the HW.

Yes, these places are expensive, but I have rarely seen such beautiful apartments. They have a great view and an incomparable location. May as well check them out just to say you did.
