Treated us like Family
Our beloved family member, Simon the cat, passed away this past week. He was with us for close to 12 years and he was a part of our family. We found the Friends Forever website and called them to ask some question. They were prompt, polite and very understanding. They made us feel comfortable with the decisions we made for Simon. As mentioned in the other reviews, the folks at Friends Forever went the extra mile to make everything right and to treat Simon like he was a member of their family through the entire process. I can't say how glad we were that we chose them to take care of our pet. Thanks to all of the staff at Friends Forever. B & D
Wow, very impressive
I was very impressed with the genuine concern and integrity of Veterinary Aftercares Services. This is the 2nd pet I lost, and they provided the best service I've ever had. I truly THANK my vet for using such a compassionate service. I will always treasure this wonderful, bittersweet memory of my Sierra, and will keep her close always. Thank you!
After losing an animal family member, it is nice to know that there are people who care as deeply for them after they are gone as much as they would care for them while they are here. Peaceful Paws has always been as accomidating as possible and as compassionate as I have ever seen when handling the passing of pets. The respect that they show for pets who have crossed over is tremendous. I can't say enough about the wonderful job that they have done and will continue to do.
The people here were so loving and kind when my kitty passed away and had to pick up his ashes. They put him in a really nice cedar box urn that could be engraved, it was much more than anticipated. Plus their cemetery looked more like a real human cemetery (with smaller plots and real grave stones) not the creepy one from the Stephen King movie with the handmade kid written grave markers. The whole park was in a such a beautiful hillside location on a cul de sac. It is a bit off the beaten path but very well worth it. The office also didn't feel like a graveyard, it was very homey and they had all their products and options on display too. No wonder why the VCA refers everyone here for...
