Roger L. Felton, CA 10/11/2011 I just want to Thank the folks at A-1 for the fast response, kind and helpful service I received last thursday. The lady that answered the phone explained thier rates to me in advance and was able to answer my questions. I had called a couple other places and they either didn't answer the phone or were unclear about what the charges would be and one person I called didn't speak english enough for me to understand what he was saying. Not the case with A-1, I felt they were up front and clear with me from the start. Rick (the driver) was very informative and did a good job.
